The construction of prefabricated steel structures has advantages over traditional construction methods,including high production efficiency,low environmental pollution,and easy to control the quality of engineering.It is in line with the direction of modernization of building industry in our country and is one of the construction ways promoted in a national key at present.However,the proportion of prefabricated steel structures in new construction is still relatively low in recent years,and high cost is the main factor restricting its development.Therefore,analyzing the key factors affecting the cost of prefabricated steel structures and proposing cost control strategies is a topic worthy of in-depth research.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the support of the whole process cost control theory and stakeholder theory,through analyzing the status of prefabricated steel structure building and in accordance with the steel structure of literature and completed projects,from the Angle of the construction whole process,analysis of prefabricated steel structure building in the design,production,transportation and installation phase of the whole process cost.(2)According to the full cost composition of the entire process of design,production,transportation,and installation of prefabricated steel structures,this study used literature identification and Delphi methods to classify and summarize 15 important factors that affect the full process cost of prefabricated steel structure buildings,and formed a list of influencing factors.Then,by constructing a DEMATEL-ISM model,a cause-and-effect diagram of the influencing factors and a multi-level hierarchical combination model were drawn.The analysis shows that standardized and modularized component design and integrated design are the main causal factors.Lifting schemes,prefabricated component installation technology,and construction quality are direct and result factors that are easily influenced by other factors.The application level of information technology is an important indirect factor that runs through the entire process of steel structure prefabricated construction.Relevant national policy standards and the level of prefabrication are fundamental and causal factors and have a high degree of centrality.(3)Based on the results of the influencing factor analysis,specific suggestions and countermeasures for controlling the full-process cost of prefabricated steel structure construction are proposed from the aspects of improving modularization,standardization and integrated design,optimizing lifting schemes,improving construction quality,expanding information management and application based on BIM technology,improving relevant standards and specifications,and increasing the level of prefabrication.and these countermeasures are applied to specific practical projects to provide reference for cost control of prefabricated steel structure construction.(4)Based on a residential project in the conversion area of old and new kinetic energy,first of all,according to the project design drawings and field research,the whole process cost is deeply analyzed.Secondly,according to the analysis results and combined with the design model,the cost control measures are proposed for the modular design,standardized design,construction quality,safety,schedule management and information management of the project.Finally,the structural calculation and cost analysis of the optimized scheme show that the stability and axial compression ratio of the optimized scheme all meet the requirements of the current code.The optimized concrete dosage increases by 3.268%,the steel dosage decreases by 10.629%,and the construction cycle of the whole project is saved by one week.The project interest payments are greatly reduced.
