Research On The Landscape Gene Identification And Protection And Renewal Of Shedian Ancient Town

Shedian Ancient Town had served as an important function of the north-south water and land transportation hub in history.It is a highly complex living sample of material environment,social life and regional culture.Relying on the natural ecological base of the Zhaohe and Panhe rivers,the ancient town texture with 72 streets,36 alleys and commercial and residential blocks were formed.Historic streets,traditional commercial buildings,residential buildings and public buildings are relatively well preserved and show the characteristics of the blending and coexistence of north-south cultures.The diversity of different historical hierarchy of the Shedian Ancient Town and the complexity of the renovation and construction of internal and external spaces have resulted in the disorder of cultural space and material space.In this paper,by identifying the landscape genes of Shedian Ancient Town,on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of the landscape genes,the conservation and renewal research is carried out.Combining with the theory of landscape gene,this paper aims at the local conservation and renewal of Shedian Ancient Town,according to "theoretical research,status analysis,gene identification,strategy induction" to deepen the four levels of research.First of all,we should pay attention to the background of the national urban renewal action in recent years,clarify the issues of the times of coordinated development of China’s historic and cultural towns conservation and utilization and urban modern construction,and sort out the basic concept,value composition and protection and renewal connotation of China’s historic and cultural towns,combining with landscape gene theory system.It emphasizes the multi-coordination order of the material environment,cultural form,economic resources,social relations and the relevant participants in the protection and renewal of Shedian Ancient Town.Secondly,a macro overview of Shedian Ancient Town is made from the natural situation,historical development and social situation.Through field investigation and analysis,this paper summarizes the general features of the ancient town in terms of style and features,layout of streets and lanes,types of architecture and traditional culture.The status quo problems of ancient town are summarized in the aspects of the perfection of legal management,the difference of value orientation and the decline of the convention of ancient town.Then,the cultural space and material space of Shedian Ancient Town are identified systematically by the principles and methods of landscape gene theory,the distinguishing features of regional environment,traditional residential buildings,public buildings and commercial buildings are further summarized.It provides a flexible optimization framework for the translation of landscape gene in Shedian Ancient Town.On the basis of analyzing the factors influencing the translation of landscape genes of Shedian Ancient Town,in this paper,the landscape gene translation paths are carried out from three aspects: the natural water landscape unit,the whole structure of streets and lanes,and the compound space of buildings.Put forward the principles of protection and renewal from the two aspects of landscape gene composition objects and participating subjects of Shedian Ancient Town,and the directional protective renewal strategy is proposed for the different levels of the corridor interface,street space and building space.Combining the two sites of Dongwancheng Street and Dangpu Hutong in Laojie Community,the two sites are updated and designed according to the concept of community workshop public facilities and intergenerational co-living residential buildings.The research of this paper starts from the perspective of landscape gene identification of Shedian Ancient Town,this paper returns to the spatial characteristics of different landscape genes of Shedian Ancient Town to further expand the development demands of different subjects.Responding to the opportunities and challenges brought by the development of the times and the transformation of construction to the ancient town in a dynamic,compatible and sustainable way of protection and renewal.In this way,it will promote the renewal and development of Shedian Ancient Town,further deepen its theoretical framework and expand its application and practice ideas.
