The economic increasing motivates the prosperity of the construction industry.Building reinforcement,as a common engineering type,has been applied in many construction scenarios.With the passage of time,the service life of buildings gradually reaches the design limit.Many buildings still have the demand or function of continuous use,but their structural reliability can not be guaranteed.It is necessary to prolong their service life by building reinforcement.Compared with direct demolition and reconstruction,building reinforcement can save a lot of construction resources and reduce environmental pollution.Building reinforcement technology can also be applied to post disaster reconstruction and restoration,historical building protection and other projects,which has broad application space.This paper studies the comprehensive evaluation of construction scheme of building reinforcement engineering,in order to provide higher quality construction products through reasonable evaluation of construction scheme.The level of construction scheme often directly affects the quality and safety of the final building.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate a set of objective and comprehensive evaluation system suitable for building reinforcement projects in China from multiple angles.This paper deeply understands the building reinforcement technology,compares different construction technologies in detail,and analyzes its characteristics and applicable environment.Through the study of research schemes,based on ample research theories and methods,the fuzzy evaluation approach is selected to assess the building reinforcement construction scheme.According to the relevant theoretical basis and the application steps of appraising method,the construction scheme evaluation system is gradually constructed.Firstly,through the study of literature,construction industry laws and regulations,building reinforcement construction technology and characteristics,the construction scheme evaluation indicators suitable for building reinforcement engineering are selected.After several rounds of expert discussion and screening,four primary indicators of technical indicators,benefit indicators,management indicators and environmental indicators are obtained.Through further refinement,we obtain 15 secondary indicators.In order to facilitate the operation for users,the assessment levels are differentiated into four standards: unqualified,basic level,good and excellent,and the evaluation standards of different levels are described in detail.Secondly,the theory and operation method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are applied to construct the index factor domain and evaluation level domain of construction scheme of building reinforcement engineering.The signific ance of indicators at different levels are calculated by the improved analytic hierarchy process to improve the scientificity of the evaluation conclusion.Through the matrix operation principle,the matrix of building reinforcement construction scheme evaluation is formed,and the final fuzzy evaluation vector is obtained.Finally,through the analysis of construction projects,the evaluation model and evaluation method of building reinforcement construction scheme are completely applied.Based on the Delphi method,the grade membership of each index is confirmed,the evaluation fuzzy grade of the construction scheme of the project is obtained through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the specific score of each level index is calculated through the grade assignment,which is convenient for the comparison and selection of multi scheme projects and improves the objectivity of the conclusion.The case application results and construction project quality inspection results show that the evaluation s ystem has good applicability for building reinforcement construction scheme.This study provides a reasonable index system and operation method for the evaluation of building reinforcement construction scheme in China,which is beneficial to the development and improvement of the evaluation system of China’s construction industry.
