| With the improvement of people’s consumption,driving vehicles have gradually become popular which brings convenience and the environmental pollution problem at the same time.Therefore,the standard of vehicle exhaust is increasingly strict.Turbocharged technology has become the basic characteristics of modern automotive,which plays an important role in improving engine performance,reducing emissions.The development of high performance turbocharger compressor has become a hot spot in the field of automobile technology.The compressor is one of the key components of the turbocharger,which proposes a higher requirement for its performance.The compressor is needed to have high pressure ratios,higher efficiency and a certain range of work.Single-stage centrifugal compressor is limited by the material,and the speed cannot be too high,so that the pressure ratio of the single-stage centrifugal compressor is limited.In order to solve this problem,the use of multi-stage compressor booster is a good solution.However,the simple use of multi-stage compressors in series will increase the axial size of the compressors and make the structure more complicated.Therefore,it is suggested that a single-stage axial flow compressor and a single-stage radial flow compressor are used in series design.In this paper,according to the principle and method of the compressor design,the axial flow portion is structurally designed,and the blade is molded using the Catia three-dimensional modeling software.In order to design the structure of the runoff portion is s designed,a professional runoff-flow impeller design software CFTURBO is used to perform geometric modeling.Then the Hypermesh software is used to divide the compressor three-dimensional model to obtain a calculation model.After that,the Fluent software is used to simulate the interior flow field of the runoff and the axis diameter flow,comparison analysis the machine performance of the runoff and the axial flow pressure is compared,and the vapor pressure which is applied to different mounting angles are analyzed.Characteristic changes have been compared.The simulation results show that the pressure ratio of the axial flow gas machine has a large increase in the runoff press,and the inlet of the centrifugal compressor is pre-circulated at appropriately changing the mounting angle of the inlet vane of the radial flow gas machine.The efficiency of the compressor to meet the design requirements is guaranteed.Finally,the ANSYS software has been intensively calibrated with the rotating components of the compressor.As a result,the intensity of the compressor meets the design requirements. |
