Sluice plays an extremely important role in flood control,irrigation,shipping,light storage,environmental protection,drainage,production and living water supply,and is a livelihood project to provide water security for economic and social development.Carrying out sluice safety evaluation can fully grasp the operation status of various parts of sluice,and provide scientific theoretical basis for evaluating sluice safety categories.However,due to the complex structure and various influencing factors of sluice,it is often unable to accurately reflect the real situation in safety evaluation.The existing literature has some defects in the study of sluice safety evaluation,such as the lack of comprehensive consideration of the actual safety status of various sluices,the strong subjectivity of research methods,and the poor accuracy of weight calculation.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis compares the basic principles,applicable conditions,advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used safety evaluation methods,and uses the combination of analytic hierarchy process and coefficient of variation method evaluate the safety of sluices.Through literature analysis and expert interviews,flood control capacity,impermeability stability,sliding stability,foundation bearing capacity,structural integrity,relative water capacity,opening and closing control ability,equipment integrity,management and maintenance level,steel corrosion rate,average carbonization depth,maximum crack width and concrete strength are used as evaluation indexes of sluice safety evaluation system.The analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the evaluation system,construct the judgment matrix,determine the subjective weight of the index,and calculate the objective weight of each index by the coefficient of variation method.At the same time,the safety evaluation index of sluice is dimensionless,and the safety evaluation model is finally obtained.Finally,the model and method constructed in this paper are verified by the safety evaluation of Haihe tidal sluice,and the safety evaluation results are consistent with the actual safety evaluation results.The results show that the sluice safety evaluation model constructed in this paper can effectively refine the evaluation indexes affecting the safety of sluices.At the same time,it can integrate the advantages of subjective and objective weighting methods,which is helpful to improve the accuracy of sluice safety evaluation and provide effective reference for safety evaluation results. |
