| Design thinking(DT)is recognized as a design method to implement the product innovation.DT is often combined with the Lean thinking and method in studies of the product design.In these studies,Lean focuses more on the performance of efficiency and cost,and less on serve or accelerate innovation.This thesis studies a lean product design method which takes product innovation as the base-line and implement product innovation design through the lean process.Taking the design upgrade of lifting load limiter of T company as an example,this thesis discusses how to generate the idea for product new meaning,how to transform the creative idea into the product design quality,and how to dynamically identify new innovation opportunities in the design process.This thesis analyzes the lean design process of innovative products,and concludes that integrating KANO analysis,QFD and LSM with DT into the framework of product design can solve the shortcomings of single design method in innovation and lean fields.Furthermore,it proposes a model of nonlinear iterative lean design process method for product innovation.With this module it enables lean techniques and quality tools to serve innovative design while simultaneously synchronizing quality design,product development,product testing,and user recognition processes.It helps industrial companies to design high quality and high reliability of the innovation product with more efficient and lower cost for the customer satisfaction purpose.The last part of thesis gives the study shortcomings,author hopes complement and improvement in the future research. |
