Study On Quality Management Evaluation Of S Provincial Highway Restoration Project

Highway construction is the cornerstone of national economic development,provides solid support for the implementation of national major strategies,and is an important construction project to ensure and boost people’s livelihood.According to the National Highway Network Plan issued in July 2022,it is estimated that the total scale of national highways will reach 461000 km by 2035.The heavy construction tasks put forward higher requirements for highway construction quality.At the same time,the quality of highway engineering is related to the safety of people’s lives and property,and is the core content of highway construction management.This study systematically combed the relevant theories of highway engineering quality management and the research status at home and abroad.On this basis,the paper introduces the background and implementation plan of the S Provincial Highway restoration project,and evaluates the quality of S Provincial Highway restoration project by building a quality management evaluation index system.First of all,through literature analysis,interviews and questionnaires,this paper identifies the impact indicators of highway engineering quality management,constructs the evaluation indicator system of highway repair engineering quality management,and finally confirms five dimensions and 20 specific evaluation indicators after sorting out and combining the actual characteristics of S provincial highway repair project.Secondly,the questionnaire was designed,the AHP method was used to establish the index system,the weight proportion of each impact index was calculated and established,the Dematel method was used to determine the cause degree and centrality,and the AHP Dematel comprehensive model was used to calculate and sort the comprehensive weight of the criteria level and scheme level indicators.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the quality management of the S Provincial Highway restoration project,and the overall level of the quality management of the S Provincial Highway restoration project is obtained.At the same time,the deficiencies in the project management are found.Finally,the optimization countermeasures for the improvement of the quality management of the S Provincial Highway restoration project are proposed.From the four aspects of personnel security,mechanical equipment security,technical security and management measures,it is proposed to improve the management level and the quality of operators,cultivate the sense of responsibility of personnel,improve the management level of mechanical equipment,pay attention to equipment maintenance and repair,introduce advanced mechanical equipment,introduce new technology,promote information management,and strengthen the management of construction sites Specific measures to improve the cost management level and optimize the data and archives management will provide reference for the quality management of similar projects.Figure[16] Table[31] Reference[93]...
