Currently,the design of cultural and creative products has become an emerging industry that can promote the development of local economies and interregional cultural exchange.The design of cultural and creative products for tourism often centers on regional culture,and the uniqueness of regional culture determines the innovation of tourism cultural and creative product design.This study conducts practical research on tourism cultural and creative design based on the regional culture of Harbin.Firstly,the study points out the correlation between regional culture and tourism cultural and creative design.Then,the importance of Harbin’s regional ice and snow culture is proposed,and the ice and snow culture is refined through classification and extraction methods.Finally,based on the analysis of cultural and creative design methods and market research,the creative practice of tourism cultural and creative products in Harbin is carried out.In the design practice,the IP image of "ice child" was created,in which the main ice and snow cultural elements are the northeast tiger head hat and flowery cotton jacket,supplemented by the frozen red face and nose to create the image of children in ice and snow.In the derivative of cultural and creative products,adding ice and snow sports-snowboarding "ice baby" modeling,as well as the special ice and snow tourism culture-the shape of the sled car,with a wealth of creative modeling to Show Harbin regional ice and snow culture.This study expands the theoretical research on tourism cultural and creative design and provides practical guidance for the design of tourism cultural and creative products through the practice of the Harbin regional ice and snow culture elements.
