| As one of the unconventional water resources with stable and reliable supply,reclaimed water played a key role in alleviating water shortage in the process of urban development.In recent years,we attached more importance to the development of urban regenerative water utilization and made specific requirements to all kinds of urban regenerative water development.At present,the level of reclaimed water utilization was relatively high in northwest China and some cities in northern China that lack natural water resources,and there were many related studies.However,the development of reclaimed water utilization in southern China with more natural water resources was relatively slow.Therefore,this paper takes Suzhou,a city with large water resources consumption and serious water quality shortage as the research area,constructs BP-DEMATEL model to identify the key factors affecting the amount of reclaimed water in Suzhou,and then constructs GM(1,N)model to predict the amount of reclaimed water demand in Suzhou.At the same time,constructs the evaluation model of the available amount of reclaimed water based on the urban sewage treatment planning.In addition,based on different consideration angles for the formulation of reclaimed water price,the average cost plus model,vertical differentiation model,fuzzy mathematical model and SBM model were introduced to calculate the reclaimed water price in the study area and explore the price mechanism of reclaimed water.The purpose of this study is to provide reference for urban reclaimed water utilization planning and urban reclaimed water development.The main research results are as follows:(1)Established an indicator system that affects the utilization of renewable water resources in Suzhou City.Using 25 factors related to the amount of recycled water as input values,construct a BP neural network model.Correct the model parameters to meet the set error.Take the weight matrix between the model input layer and the output layer as the direct incidence matrix of the DEMATEL model.Identified key driving and characteristic factors closely related to the amount of recycled water used in Suzhou.And analyzed the impact mechanism between various key factors and the use of recycled water.(2)The GM(1,N)grey prediction model is established by taking the identified historical data of key factors and their extended series data as the relevant factor series to predict and evaluate the reclaimed water demand in Suzhou.And calculated the amount of reclaimed water according to the special plan of sewage treatment in Suzhou city.It is expected that by 2025,the demand of reclaimed water in Suzhou will be 596,305,200 m3,the utilization rate will reach 51.85%,and the available water supply will reach 617,053,200 m3.At the same time,the balance analysis of supply and demand shows that Suzhou has a huge potential of reclaimed water utilization,and the planned water supply capacity can meet the demand of reclaimed water development.(3)Analyze various pricing methods,clarify model application conditions,and required basic data.Construct an average cost-plus model to calculate the cost of recycled water production in Suzhou.Using a longitudinal difference model to compare the water quality differences between reclaimed water and tap water,and a fuzzy mathematical model considering comprehensive and multifaceted impacts to calculate the price of recycled water under different utilization pathways.The shadow price is calculated by the SBM model considering the unexpected output cost to evaluate its resource value.Propose pricing suggestions based on the actual situation of the research area. |
