In recent years,as an emerging industry given priority to achieve the goal of "double carbon" the number of wind and photovoltaic power generation connected to the grid is increasing with each passing day,and the peak-valley difference of grid load is gradually increasing, which has a great impact on the power system in terms of economy, security and stability. In this regard, the wind energy, luminous energy and accumulation energy integrated power generation project can ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system, work out generating capacity from the new energy sources, and promote the efficient linkage of power supply, grid, load and storage.Among them, the electrochemical energy storage power station is the most core key technology in the development of new energy, with advantages of long life, low cost and high energy conversion rate, and its scale is gradually expanding in the market. However, its grid-connected engineering process is complicated and the environment is complex,so there are many evaluation factors and hidden risks in the grid-connected acceptance and operation stage. At present, the normative evaluation on the active support and economic operation of the electrochemical energy storage power station in the power grid is not perfect, resulting in safety risks, functional impairment, poor economy and other problems. Therefore,in the actual process of project promotion, comprehensive risk prevention and control should be carried out to establish the risk evaluation system and management mode of the project. Then guide the standard design and grid operation effectively.Based on the grid-connected project management model of M electrochemical energy storage power station, this paper studies its risk assessment and control.Based on the relevant requirements of the Energy Bureau for the safety management of electric and chemical energy storage power stations and the grid-connected management of energy storage power stations by the State and the State Grid Co.LTD.through reading a large number of literature and documents and referring to the research situation of experts’ discussion suggestions, the coding technology of qualitative research is adopted to identify and comb the risk factors and identify the risk factors of each part of the grid-connected project. Then,on the basis of identification, with the help of DEMATEL,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to study the risks about policy implementation, design and construction, coordination management, safety production and others in the process of engineering management project.Calculate the sensitive factors and the correlation between factors with DEMATEL,AHP is used to calculate the weight of risk factors. Then the risk strength degree is determined by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, according to the results of importance degree and risk degree, combine with the correlation degree, cope with the risk source response for the factors with high risk degree, and thus construct the risk evaluation system and control mode of the project.Through these analyses, the risks and problems existing in the grid-connected construction process of energy storage power stations are found. That is to say,the risk degree of the project is inferior.but there are corresponding risk factors that need to be focused on management at each stage, such as the safety risk in the construction stage. Then preventive measures are proposed,Which can provide relevant contents and methods for reference for the managers in the industry to carry out the risk management of similar engineering projects, and play a certain guiding role in improving the risk management ability and achieving the effect of risk control.
