| In April 2020,in order to strengthen the awareness of safety production,President Xi Jinping held a videophone conference regard of setting up the concept of development and safety consideration,checking out the causes and problems of accidents,as well as eliminating hidden dangers and all kinds of serious accidents.The instructions raise the requirements of China’s work safety to a new height.The promulgation of the "emergency regulations on production safety accidents" also makes a further supplement to the "production safety law" and provides better guidance for our production safety work.However,the electric power industry is China’s pillar industry,which undertakes the important task of ensuring the production and living power as well as the development of economy as a consequence.Therefore,It is a consensus that every electric worker should strengthen the awareness of safety prevention and build the bottom line of risk control.As we all know,Sichuan is the largest provincial hub power grid in China,the largest high-quality clean energy base in China,as well as the main battlefield of "power transmission from west to East".The task of safety production is extremely arduous,thus,it is urgent to strengthen risk management.The purpose of this paper is to deeply study and judge the current situation of the rapid development of power grid construction.Besides,it also analyses the increasingly severe security situation of power grid in our province.To realize the objective,representative projects are selected to find the significant characteristics of power grid project risk management through scientific and effective risk management methods,moreover,it identifies and evaluates related risks,and extracts suggestions on strengthening power grid project construction.The suggestions of risk management measures provide a powerful reference for power enterprises strengthening the risk management and control capability of power grid projects.The main research method of this paper is analytic hierarchy process.The research process is mainly through investigating the case project,consulting the relevant contract and technical data,holding expert seminars and collecting expert questionnaires to identify and evaluate the project.Moreover,it find out the risk factors highlighted in the construction process according to the identification results,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model is constructed to calculate the risk weight and determine the importance of risk factors.Then,combined with the experience of professional and technical personnel and expert consultants,the risk response methods are formulated and feasible risk control measures are put forward.Based on the in-depth analysis of Sichuan power grid construction projects,this paper carries out field research based on real projects,and combines with the actual work of power enterprises,summarizes the experience of risk management in the power industry for many years,combs the problems existed in the process of power grid construction project management,as well as putting forward effective and feasible management measures,so as to promote the scientific development of Sichuan power grid,which has a strong practical significance for the future power grid risk management. |
