At present,the environment dramatically changes and natural disasters frequently take place,which impacts humans’ health and life more and more obviously.In order to promote and implement the "Community of Shared Future for Mankind" proposed by our country’s leader Xi Jinping,the concept of green environmental protection has been raised to a whole new stage.Chinese infrastructure field is in the upward period of investment and construction,but the problems of waste of resources and environmental degradation caused by a certain degree of rough construction are increasingly aggravating.The proposal and practice of green construction is the embodiment of the development of a circular economy,which is also the basic principle and requirement that should be followed.Here we investigate the green reconstruction of urban drainage networks and we want to promote the development of green construction of urban drainage networks in order to realize resource-saving and environment-friendly urban drainage networks reconstruction.First of all,we analyze and define the relevant concepts of urban drainage networks reconstruction project,analyze the construction process and implementation principles,and clarify its purpose and significance.Then through a large number of literature analysis,reference specifications,project field research,expert consultation,etc.,we build a comprehensive evaluation index system and establish a systematic grey clustering comprehensive evaluation model that uses the AHP-entropy weight method to combine weighting to weaken the impact of experts’ subjective preferences.The weight of the index is calculated,and later the green construction grade is calculated in combination with the gray clustering comprehensive evaluation matrix.Finally,we take the reconstruction of the drainage networks project in the old city of Emeishan as a specific case and conduct a systematic analysis and investigation on the green construction of this project.We use the above model to evaluate and obtain the construction evaluation grade.We combine the evaluation results with the actual situation of green construction and then analyze various indicators to verify the practicability and scientificity of this model.Such a model can provide a supervision and assessment method for the government and municipal departments.It can also become an evaluation standard and norm for green construction of urban drainage networks and energy-saving and environmental protection projects,which is conducive to continuous improvement in energy conservation,land conservation,water conservation,material conservation and environmental protection,so as to achieve sustainable development and realize the goal of harmonious coexistence between man and nature as soon as possible.
