| With the increasing number of bridge construction projects,bridge engineering projects have become an important content of infrastructure construction in the transportation industry.Nowadays,scientific project schedule management concept and standardized project schedule plan are important guarantees for construction enterprises to increase income and profit and improve efficiency.These factors are the fundamental embodiment of the improvement of market competitiveness and the actual benefits of engineering projects.B The construction of the Yellow River Bridge project is of great significance to drive economic benefits.However,the progress of B Yellow River Bridge project has been greatly affected by force majeure factors such as flood and epidemic,inaccurate estimation of the estimated work time before the project starts,inappropriate arrangement of the overall project schedule,and delay of the project schedule planning method.According to the above reasons,related theories of schedule management will be sorted out and the optimization of schedule management of B Yellow River Bridge project will be studied from the following three aspects.(1)Analyze the status quo of schedule management of B Yellow River Bridge project.First,introduce the project overview and organization;Secondly,the existing problems of the project’s original construction schedule management and the original safeguard measures are analyzed one by one.Focus on the following major problems.The project schedule is delayed due to force majeure factors such as flood and epidemic;There are problems in project work structure decomposition;The estimated time of work is not accurate before the project starts;The project schedule preparation method is single;Poor control in the implementation of construction schedule.At the same time,expatiate the existing problems of the original schedule safeguard measures.For example:schedule management system has defects;Schedule management plan is inconsistent with resource allocation plan;Unreasonable progress plan preparation;The construction technology is not perfect and the fund plan is not reasonable.(2)B Design of schedule management optimization scheme of Yellow River Bridge Project.Combined with the characteristics of the project,put forward a specific solution to the problem.Use schedule management theory and schedule management basic methods(WBS,PERT,CPM)to develop and optimize the project schedule plan,and compare and analyze the optimization effect.Strict control of schedule targets while ensuring reasonable cost.At the same time,in order to cooperate with the construction schedule optimization plan,reasonable allocation of manpower and materials and equipment resources.In addition,the differences between the original scheme and the optimized scheme are compared and analyzed from the aspects of the overall duration and cost of the project optimization scheme.The design optimization scheme greatly shortens the total project duration and reduces the cost.(3)B Schedule management guarantee measures for Yellow River Bridge Project.Organize management measures to solve the problems of unreasonable plans and incomplete management;Technical measures will make engineering construction more efficient and fast;Resource management safeguard measures to ensure the cost and material supply of the project;Financial safeguard measures to reasonably arrange the use of project funds.These aspects ensure the smooth implementation of the new optimization scheme,thus improving the optimization efficiency.Based on the actual situation of the construction schedule of B Yellow River Bridge project,this paper uses the theory and method of project schedule management to develop the schedule optimization plan.Based on the implementation of the project plan,dynamic management,analysis of the reasons,formulation of optimization plan measures to ensure the implementation of the optimization plan,providing reference for similar projects and providing experience for bridge projects in the construction schedule management. |
