With the goal of "double carbon",the development of new energy projects has received more and more attention,and China wants to establish a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system,develop clean and economic energy projects and improve the energy supply model has become an important development strategy for major power companies.However,as the development of new energy projects is currently in the primary stage,there are still problems of difficult investment and financing,high technical requirements,and in order to solve these problems,some flexible and practical business models have come into being.However,there are relatively few studies on the evaluation of the investment benefits of various energy projects,and it is difficult to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the projects.Therefore,based on the development status of new energy investment projects,this paper explores the investment benefit aspects,and the selected topic has certain theoretical and practical significance.The paper focuses on the investment benefit of new energy projects,using improved gray correlation analysis,material element topology analysis and other methodological models to investigate the new energy projects that have been put into operation by J enterprises.Firstly,this paper compares the domestic and international research on the investment benefit of new energy projects,summarizes the relevant theories,and presents the research line of this paper;secondly,the background and basic situation of the case are explained,and the investment subject,investment characteristics and investment mode of the project are analyzed with the relevant theoretical basis;then,the index system of investment benefit evaluation is designed according to the characteristics of the project,and the hierarchical analysis and the improved gray Then,the index system of investment benefit evaluation is designed according to the characteristics of the project,and the expert results are combined and weighted by applying the hierarchical analysis and the improved gray correlation analysis method;finally,the investment benefit of the new energy project is evaluated by combining the physical topological analysis method,and the segmented correlation coefficient function is introduced to process the indicators with different characteristics,and the evaluation level is determined by measuring the comprehensive correlation degree of the indicators.The research results show that the overall investment benefits of the new energy project are good,and the economic benefits are more prominent than the environmental and social benefits,indicating that the profitability,environmental protection and model advancement of the project are good and have greater promotion value;through the in-depth exploration of specific indicators,it is found that the overall benefits of the project are good,but there are also problems such as the limited scale of the project and the single way to obtain revenue.There is still much room for improvement in the speed of investment cost recovery and environmental improvement,and thus,relevant improvement suggestions are made to address the above problems.This paper enriches the investment evaluation of new energy projects under the new business model,and explores the factors and performance of investment benefit of new energy projects by constructing a more objective,scientific and practical investment benefit evaluation system.It improves the practical content in terms of investment benefit of new energy projects,and the research can provide feasible methods for enterprises to identify project problems and better evaluate the projects;at the same time,the improvement suggestions based on the investment benefit evaluation results will be clearer and help enterprises improve the efficiency of green investment and help them achieve their low-carbon goals.
