Research On Interest Allocation Of Cooperative Game Among Project Participants Based On BIM

With the development of information technology,the application rate of BIM technology in China is getting higher and higher.Application of BIM technology and benefit evaluation unit right caused in the construction industry in our country is needed in the project investment is the correct understanding of BIM technology,BIM technology will be allocated to the reasonable benefit to partners is conducive to the stable development projects in multi unit cooperation application of BIM technology.For the application of BIM technology in China and encourage,trying to find the application of BIM technology to the construction project of the benefits,reasonable allocation and cooperation between enterprises in the construction engineering project,in order to promote the application of BIM technology in the progress of domestic.The main contents of this paper are: firstly,theory of BIM technology and construction project participants in cooperative game;secondly,the analysis of cost-benefit the enterprise application of BIM technology in construction project,and find out the construction project enterprises to obtain what and make investment in the application of BIM technology are analyzed,for the coordination of all the distribution of units involved in making data preparation;thirdly,the distribution of benefits for application of cooperative game,and each node enterprise on the application of BIM technology in the benefit cost account,with the engineering case as the prototype,simulation of each unit benefit cost value;finally,the application of the BIM technology bring benefits for the construction project based on the Shapely value of the distribution of interests of each unit,to investigate the feasibility of Shapely project in the overall interests of the distribution for different construction projects using BIM Technology Reference for benefit distribution research.The results of this study suggest that the final benefit allocation scheme is based on the results of the contribution of the firm and the amount of resources invested.
