At a time when energy consumption is becoming increasingly serious and sustainable development is the goal,round bamboo materials are attracting widespread attention for their excellent biological and physical properties.In the industrial environment,small diameter round bamboo products still rely on complex artificial technology,resulting in low processing efficiency.Therefore,it is urgent to innovate its structural form.The modular detachable structure is the key to the development of the small diameter circular bamboo products industry.Due to the non-uniformity of the length,diameter and wall thickness carried by the small-sized round bamboo,it is impossible to select round bamboo materials of exactly the same shape and size in batches.In the application direction of the construction or furniture industry,large diameter bamboo is mainly used,resulting in a certain degree of neglect and waste of small-sized bamboo resources.Based on the investigation and analysis of the efficient use of round bamboo materials in landscape and architecture,and the incorporation of knowledge from other fields,the final proposal of the round bamboo end gluing method and the design of a round bamboo landscape facility was developed:First of all,in order to make use of the diversity of round bamboo of small size,in order to standardize and standardize the structural connectors for the manufacture of round bamboo,this paper intends to use epoxy resin AB adhesive as filler to carry out substantive treatment on small diameter round bamboo.At the same time,in view of the material characteristics of round bamboo that may be damaged due to the internal hollow in the application process,three kinds of filling methods of round bamboo cavity are proposed.They are:(1)bamboo filling method;(2)wood block tray filling method;(3)end injection method,thus enhancing the applicability of round bamboo materials.In the aspect of standardized metal connectors connected with round bamboo,six kinds of special round bamboo metal connectors are designed with alloy as materials,which are:(1)adjustable structure of "T" type tee;(2)adjustable structure of "L" type round bamboo through multi-angle connector(3)special base connector of round bamboo(4)adjustable structure of multiple connections of round bamboo;(5)Design of metal connectors for round bamboo splints;(6)connection structure of bolt metal connectors.At the same time,the end injection method and the bolt metal connector are used to design small modular landscape facilities that are self-detachable.The mechanical experiment is carried out for the end injection method,and the finite element analysis is carried out for the special metal connector.Secondly,it was found in the experiment that the ratio of epoxy resin A and B glue directly affected the change of pull strength of round bamboo.In the epoxy resin AB filling process,adding small bamboo strips or small wood strips as auxiliary materials as the base material could further improve the binding strength of the inner wall of round bamboo and reduce the capital investment of glue.The two ends of the round bamboo are filled with glue,and then turned to meet the requirements of the connecting parts.By comparing the tensile test and bending test between the glue-filled end and the unfilled round bamboo,it can be concluded that the glue-filled round bamboo is stable after assembling the connecting parts,and the end colloid exposure has little influence on the round bamboo.Next,finite element software is used to simulate and analyze connections.The use of SOLID WORKS for the design of modular landscape facilities and the construction of the overall model design,imported into ANSYS WORKBENCHZH in landscape facilities used in finite element analysis of several types of connections.According to the actual situation,although the contact surface of the connector and the round bamboo is subjected to large forces,the displacement is good,and there is hardly too much change.The problem arises mainly near the connection part,the problem is caused by the wall thickness of the connector and the thinness,and the stress concentration causes the part may have some extrusion strain along the radial force inwards,but after the installation of the glued round bamboo,the interior of the connector is fully connected with the round bamboo part,and together with the bolting,to a certain extent,increases the strength of its structure and facilitates the replacement of materials at a later stage.Not only does it increase the choice of landscape materials and make the landscape more compatible with nature,but it also makes more use of the small-diameter round bamboo and increases its value.
