| The National Highway 213 in the middle-high elevation regions of north central Yunnan is an important trunk highway connecting Kunming City,Yunnan Province,Sichuan,Qinghai,Gansu,Inner Mongolia,and other provinces.Therefore,reasonable maintenance of its pavement and long-term maintenance of good service functions of the pavement have important social and economic benefits for improving the highway network and regional road network structure,promoting economic development in areas along the line,and so on.However,in recent years,with the rapid economic development of the areas along the section of the National Highway 213 in the middle and high altitude areas in the north of central Yunnan,the traffic volume has increased rapidly,and the overloading of trucks has been serious.As a result,the deterioration of the service performance of the road pavement along the line has accelerated,the maintenance costs have continued to rise,and the maintenance funds are facing insufficient.Based on the above reasons,this article takes the asphalt pavement from Yaodianzi,Huize County to Yangjie,Xundian County)on National Highway 213 as the research object to carry out research on the maintenance strategy of highway pavement in the middle-high elevation regions of north central Yunnan.The main research contents are:Firstly,conduct an in-depth investigation of the natural environment and pavement conditions of the road section area,make a detailed statistical analysis of the diseases that have occurred in the road section in recent years,analyze the causes of the diseases,the maintenance measures taken in previous years,the maintenance costs spent,and the maintenance effects after implementation.Secondly,the road section is divided according to the investigation situation.Through the investigation and statistical analysis of the diseases,the use performance index that can fully reflect the road condition of the road section is selected,and the automatic detection technology is used to evaluate the technical condition of the road surface.Based on the evaluation results of pavement technical conditions in recent years,the standard decay equation and regression method were used to predict the decay of asphalt pavement in this section using SPSS software.The grey model is used for calculation and analysis to predict the pavement performance index.Through regression method and grey model prediction,the degradation law of pavement performance in this section is obtained.Finally,based on the disease prone to occur in this section in recent years,the maintenance countermeasures implemented,and the maintenance effectiveness,and based on the asphalt pavement maintenance decision-making principles and factors to be considered,the appropriate maintenance opportunity is determined,and preventive maintenance countermeasures are proposed.This article studies the practical problems faced by the source project.The research results have been applied to highway maintenance projects in the middle and high altitude mountainous areas of northern central Yunnan and have achieved good results,with good social and economic benefits.At the same time,it has certain reference value for the maintenance decision-making of the same type of highway pavement. |
