| The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal is an important project for north-south water transportation in China, and the shipping channel flowing to this day and the surviving landscape relics scattered around it carry the historical memory and cultural identity of people on both sides of the canal. At present, the problems of insufficient systematization, low heritage vitality and weakened cultural imagery generally exist in the urban cultural construction projects themed on the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal heritage corridor. In this context, the thesis introduces the concept of visual landscape, refines the iconic cultural visual landscape symbols of the city as the design guide for the landscape construction of the heritage corridor in the district, and proposes the design strategies in three aspects: urban landscape style zoning, waterfront shoreline landscape planning, and heritage overlook landscape construction,in order to form a systematic cultural construction program for the heritage corridor.Taking the Xuzhou urban section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal as the research object, the three visual landscape evaluation elements of ecological, historical and economic aspects are firstly extracted from the perspective of multiple attributes of the heritage corridor.Subsequently,it is zoned by land use status analysis and spatial dominant function division. The visual landscape analysis of the waterfront shoreline and historical and cultural heritage in the study area was carried out on the basis of the wind and landscape zoning by combining the expert equidistant visual evaluation method, the image semantic segmentation method and the overlook landscape evaluation method, and guidelines for the visual landscape construction of the section were formed. The study finally formed a systematic visual landscape construction plan combining faceted landscape style zoning, linear waterfront landscape and point-like overlook landscape. For the landscape landscape zoning, the design strategies of longitudinal building height zoning and horizontal height stratification, building color control and architectural style unification are proposed;for the waterfront landscape, four design strategies of protecting existing ecological resources, integrating open space and building slow walking system, organizing spatial structure and building core viewing nodes, and regulating visual quality of buildings and structures are proposed;for the historical and cultural overlook landscape along the canal, special design strategies are proposed for For the historical and cultural overlook landscape along the canal, special design strategies are proposed for the overlook corridor of each historical landscape. This study attempts to establish a visual landscape construction system of the heritage corridor from surface to line and point,in order to achieve the purpose of enhancing the visual image of the canal culture, bringing out the historical atmosphere of the canal and evoking the memory of the masses, and to provide some reference for the construction projects of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal heritage corridor in other cities. |
