| In recent years,the new energy industry has been vigorously developed in the context of the era of national control of carbon emissions.At the same time,China’s new energy equipment installed capacity and new energy equipment manufacturing capacity has reached the forefront of the world,and many new energy equipment has been continuously added to the wave of infrastructure construction,such as photovoltaic panels and wind turbines and other new energy equipment.China’s photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation industry has entered a stage of medium and high-quality development,but at the same time,the maintenance problem of new energy equipment has gradually become prominent.Companies specializing in the maintenance of new energy equipment have also shifted their production focus to the process of strengthening quality management.In this context,new energy equipment maintenance companies are required to make strategic adjustments and implementation plans in a timely manner.Based on the combing of new energy maintenance companies,enterprise technical capabilities,enterprise service capabilities and enterprise strategy theories at home and abroad,this thesis takes the business of HN New Energy Maintenance Branch,relying on Porter competition theory,PEST analysis theory and EFE-IFE matrix analysis theory,the technical ability and service capability development status,the existing problems of technical ability and service capability,and the internal and external environment and competitiveness of HN New Energy Maintenance Branch.Finally,the fishbone diagram method is used to formulate and implement the first-class technology strategy and first-class service strategy.Through the above scientific analysis,this thesis puts forward the realization path of the "double first-class" strategy of HN New Energy Maintenance Branch.In terms of first-class technology competition strategy,five implementation priorities are clarified: focusing on high-end maintenance business,carrying out benchmarking management,adjusting organizational structure,optimizing human resource management and strengthening whole-process management;In terms of the first-class service competition strategy,five implementation priorities are clarified:implementing the service evaluation system,establishing a service guarantee supervision system,adjusting the organizational structure,optimizing human resource management and strengthening the whole process management.In terms of safeguard measures for competitive strategy,the first-class technology strategy requires institutional guarantee,organizational guarantee,talent guarantee and capital guarantee;The first-class service strategy requires system guarantee,organizational guarantee,capital guarantee,quality and safety production guarantee,and coordinated development guarantee of first-class technology and first-class service. |
