Research On Economic Public Service Of Grass-roots Government In The Transformation And Development Of Hardware Industry

Industrial transformation is one of the hot topics in China’s manufacturing industry.In the past decade,under the influence of the rapid development of the global value chain of manufacturing,the traditional manufacturing industry dominated by labor intensive is facing various opportunities and challenges.For towns and villages where many small and medium-sized enterprises are concentrated,to achieve smooth transformation and upgrading and boost the local economy,local governments need to perform more comprehensive functions in public services.J town is located in the pearl river delta large bay area of zhaoqing,is the city hardware industry base,the best economic benefit is supreme,the development speed of the fastest,but due to production technology,personnel,policy support and so on conditions around behind the guangfo areas,J town industrial development in the pearl river delta region does not have obvious advantages,encounter many problems in industry transformation.Taking J Town as an example,this paper discusses and analyzes the difficulties faced by the hardware industry in its transformation and upgrading through field visits to small and medium-sized enterprises,questionnaires and interviews with relevant leaders in charge of the government.Based on the existing problems and the successful experience of industrial transformation and upgrading at home and abroad,From the perspective of industrial agglomeration,platform management,policy guidance and so on,the government public service optimization suggestions are put forward which are more in line with the actual situation of township traditional industry.
