With the acceleration of national economic construction, the coverage of urban subways has been expanding, and subway stations have also increased.Due to its complex operating environment and technical difficulty, there are many potential safety hazards in the construction process, among which the problem of leakage water is one of the more typical ones, once it is not handled well,it will cause major losses. At present, most of the risk assessment research on water leakage problem is the application of analytic hierarchy method to analyze factors such as waterproof construction, waterproof materials, geological conditions and natural conditions, ignoring the cross-action between factors, while the network hierarchy method considers the interaction between factors,in addition, the research content on the prevention and control of leakage water problem is too single and not systematic enough, and the research on the basis of risk assessment plus numerical simulation,on-site measured data and experiments to study it just makes up for this defect. Therefore, the application of network hierarchy analysis and numerical simulation analysis to carry out risk assessment and prevention research on water leakage is of great significance to ensure the normal operation of subway stations and prevent safety accidents. This article relies on the waterproof project of Xizhou Station of Zhengzhou Metro Line12,this paper first introduces the concept of risk identification based on the research on the leakage mechanism of subway stations, uses the network hierarchy analysis method to rank the importance of the factors affecting water leakage, and comprehensively evaluates the risk factors of water leakage by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Secondly, the stress state and displacement change of the main structure of the subway station during the groundwater rise process were simulated by ABAQUS numerical simulation software, and the easy location of water leakage in the subway station was judged based on the measured data, and finally the leakage water of the existing subway station was analyzed according to the comprehensive evaluation results and numerical simulation analysis The prevention and control system is supplemented and the rationality of the waterproof system is verified by testing. The research content and results of this paper are as follows:(1)By summarizing the water leakage accidents in subway stations in the past ten years, combined with on-site investigation and expert questionnaire analysis, the influencing factors of water leakage in subway stations were obtained, and the mechanism of water leakage in subway stations was analyzed;(2)The concept of risk identification was introduced, and the methods of water leakage risk identification and risk assessment of different subway stations were compared from the perspectives of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and the reasons for expert investigation method, network hierarchy analysis method(ANP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the main risk assessment methods were expounded.(3)Based on the waterproof project of Xizhou Station,a solution model of index importance based on network hierarchy analysis method was established, and the correlation diagram of index factors and weights of each index were constructed by using Yaanp software, and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on fuzzy mathematics was constructed Model;(4)The ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate the deformation of the main structure of the subway station during the groundwater rise of Xizhou Station, and the position of the main body of the station was analyzed.By comparing with the on-site measured data, the main parts of the subway station that are prone to water leakage are judged.(5)On the basis of the original waterproof design scheme,an active prevention and control system for water leakage in subway stations was constructed according to the ranking of the importance of water leakage risk factors, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results and numerical simulation analysis, and the effectiveness of waterproof system was verified by experiments.
