| The investment amount of automotive R&D projects is large,the R&D cycle is long,and the external environment of market,policy and other factors are complex and changeable,so it is difficult to control the cost target in automotive R&D projects.To complete the R&D project on time,ensure the quality of product development and keep the cost within overrun is the goal of the completion of the R&D project,among which the project schedule and cost complement each other and influence each other.Moreover,the cost of most automobile research and development projects is direct cash investment.Therefore,in automobile research and development projects,it is of great importance to adopt scientific and effective cost control methods for the overall management of project cost control and schedule control.How to strengthen cost control and reduce direct capital investment on the premise of ensuring the quality of R&D and achieving the target is the problem that this paper wants to solve.In this paper,literature research method,quantitative and qualitative analysis method,case analysis method and other research methods are used to select the safety system research and development project of V vehicle project as the background case to analyze the cost control problems,and the earned value method is used to control the cost of safety system research and development.In this paper,based on literature review and relevant theoretical knowledge,the advantages and disadvantages of earned value method and other cost control methods are sorted out and compared.Based on the analysis of the cost overruns and schedule lag in the first stage of the security system research and development project of XN Company,the necessity and feasibility of using earned value method to control the cost are put forward.Secondly,the earned value method is used in the research and development process of the latter part of the project,and the establishment of WBS structure,the determination of critical path,the division of responsibility matrix,the preparation of cost plan and schedule plan,data collection,the calculation of earned value parameters,the analysis of deviation and deviation reasons,and the proposal of deviation correction measures are studied.Through the research,it is found that the cost overruns and schedule delays in the early stage are improved after the earned value method is applied to the cost control in the research and development of safety system.Therefore,the earned value method is applied to the cost control in the research and development of safety system,and remarkable results have been achieved.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of cost control methods,and according to the characteristics of safety system research and development,it is clear that the safeguards must be taken.In this paper,the earned value method is adopted to dynamically control the cost of safety system research and development project,which verifies that compared with traditional cost control methods,the earned value method is effective in controlling the cost of XN Company’s automotive research and development project,and provides experience for XN Company to implement cost control in the vehicle level research and development project.It provides a new idea and a new way for the cost control of XN Company and other automobile enterprises. |
