| Large-scale construction project is an extremely complex engineering system,which often faces many uncontrollable factors during the construction.With the development of the supervision industry and the transformation and upgrading of supervision enterprises,as an important participating unit,supervision enterprises play an important role in construction projects,especially in the level of risk management of the large construction’s supervision.Based on the theory of risk management and combined with the characteristics of construction supervision in large construction projects,this thesis applies the theory and completed methods of risk management to realize the evaluation of risk and management ability of the supervisor.First of all,under the background of the characteristics of supervision in large construction projects and the challenges caused by the transformation and upgrading,the thesis,based on the risk management theory,expounds the main demand of supervisor’s risk management,forms the lists of supervision risks,summarizes the methods of risk identification and risk assessment,and systematically analyzes the situations of the supervisor’s responses to the risk in large construction projects.Secondly,based on the related theories of CMM,it was established,the evaluation of risk and management ability of the supervisor,which is based on the characteristics of supervision management risk in large construction projects.According to the practicalities of appraising risk management abilities,the fifth-level evaluation model is established,which is initial level,experience level,specification level,control level and optimization level.And then,based on the theory and basic requirements of RMCMM evaluation model construction,9 first-level indicators and 36 second-level indicators are screened to form an evaluation index system,in which the analytic Hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the index weight,and the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the maturity.Finally,based on the practical application of construction supervision,the project supervision risks are identified and assessed according to the general methods,processes and contents of risk management projects.Meanwhile,the risk management ability level of the supervisor can be evaluated and analyzed through the constructed risk management ability level evaluation model.Through the evaluation and analysis,the project supervisor’s risk management ability is at the initial level,which confirms the effectiveness of the established RMCMM,and puts forward the corresponding improvement and optimization strategies.The proposal of this thesis is to build a set of risk management system to assist the construction supervisors in self-analysis and self-decision making through the corresponding theoretical knowledge of risk management,which can help to improve the ability of supervision enterprises to prevent and deal with risks in large and complex construction projects,raise the risk management awareness of supervision enterprises,and constantly normalize and standardize the risk management of supervision projects. |
