| At present,China attaches great importance to the development of the manufacturing industry, which puts forward higher requirements for the ability level of social talents. Therefore, vocational education faces various opportunities and challenges in the development process.Based on the background of integration of industry and education, combined with literature research and questionnaire survey methods, this study takes the basic mechanical course in secondary vocational schools as an example to conduct in-depth research on the teaching mode of this course,to ensure that it can cultivate talents suitable for the long-term development of the current manufacturing industry.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current teaching situation in mechanical processing enterprises and secondary vocational schools,it is found that the current graduates of secondary vocational schools, after studying professional courses, mainly have the following problems: First, the ability of secondary vocational school graduates is not well matched with the ability required for enterprise development;Secondly, the curriculum system accepted by students in the learning process is relatively simple;Thirdly, students’ learning abilities are uneven and their sense of professional responsibility is relatively insufficient.Based on the purpose of connecting courses to positions, this study proposes a teaching model of "three stages, six steps, and four combinations",which is based on the combination of online observation and offline practice, teaching process and professional work process, teaching content and professional work tasks, and assessment and evaluation with professional ability development,The teaching process will be advanced in sequence in accordance with the three stages of "pre class, during class, and after class" and the six links of "information planning decision-making implementation inspection evaluation",providing a reference paradigm for achieving the teaching goal of unifying the skills of secondary vocational school students with job skills, and solving the common problems of differences between the cultivation of mechanical processing talents and the needs of industry enterprises.Taking students majoring in numerical control technology application in a secondary vocational school as the object of curriculum implementation,in accordance with the "three stages, six steps, and four combinations" teaching mode, the goal of the curriculum is to cultivate professional ability, and the main content of the curriculum is to take professional knowledge in the work process.Based on the cognitive rules and progressive levels of knowledge of secondary vocational students, the curriculum design for the basic mechanical course in secondary vocational schools is conducted, and specific implementation plans are proposed,The purpose is to improve students’ learning enthusiasm, transform teaching methods and assessment methods, and build a bridge between course learning and job positions,so as to achieve teaching objectives and meet the requirements of enterprises for students’ professional abilities. |
