| At present,our country is in shortage of high-quality skilled talents.As a delivery place of skilled talents,vocational schools have to be re-examined.In order to reform vocational education,the country has formulated a number of policies and guidelines,and put forward new demands for the development of vocational education.In order to respond to the policy of "deepening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation" proposed by the state,this research takes the integration of industry and education as the background to investigate and analyze the teaching status of "Mechanical Basis" course in secondary vocational schools.At the same time,it also interviews the teachers of mechanical major and enterprise experts,and finds that the teaching methods used in the course of "Mechanical Basis" in secondary vocational schools are traditional and divorced from theory and practice.The teaching effect is not good,and the students cultivated are not solid in theoretical knowledge,practical skills and comprehensive ability,which do not meet the needs of industry,society and the country.Therefore,based on the background of the integration of production and education,this study applies project-based teaching method in the course of Mechanical Fundamentals in secondary vocational schools,hoping to improve the teaching quality of Mechanical Fundamentals in secondary vocational schools and break through the current difficulties in secondary vocational education.In the research process of this paper,literature research,interview,questionnaire and experimental research methods are mainly adopted.The research idea is as follows: Master the research status of production-education integration and project-based teaching method through literature research,then understand the position requirements and teachers’ situation through interviews with enterprise experts and teachers of mechanical major of the internship unit,and then investigate and analyze the students of mechanical major of the internship unit with questionnaires to master the students’ learning situation.After understanding the disadvantages brought by the current traditional teaching,based on the background of the integration of production and education in the practice unit,the introduction of the enterprise real project,the course "Mechanical Basis" project processing;In the mechanical major of the internship unit,the experimental class and the control class are set up for comparison experiment.The course "Foundation of Machinery" in the experimental class applies project-based teaching method,which is taught by professional teachers in the school and enterprise tutors,while the course "Foundation of Machinery" in the control class uses the traditional teaching method.Through comparative experiment,it is verified that project teaching method is more suitable for the teaching of Mechanical Basis in secondary vocational schools than traditional teaching method.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance,purpose,content,methods,ideas,necessity and feasibility of this research,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of production-education integration and project teaching method.The second part defines the concepts of production-teaching integration and project-based teaching method,and introduces the educational theories related to project-based teaching method,which can be used as the theoretical support for the application of project-based teaching method in the course of Mechanical Foundation in secondary vocational schools.The third part mainly conducts a questionnaire survey on the students of mechanical major in the internship unit,and interviews the teachers of mechanical major and enterprise experts,and proposes the necessity of teaching method reform after analyzing the real data.The fourth part analyzes the reform of "Mechanical Basis" under the background of the integration of production and education,and then designs a set of project teaching plan and teaching evaluation plan for the content arrangement of "Mechanical Basis",the situation of learners and the situation of market demand.The fifth part is the teaching implementation part,which mainly carries out project-based teaching of the course "Mechanical Basis" in the experimental class,and then analyzes the teaching effect and makes a comparative analysis with the control class.The sixth part is the summary and prospect part,which mainly expounds the contents,achievements,innovations and deficiencies of the whole research,and gives the prospect of this research.The experiment proves that the application of project-based teaching method in the course of "Mechanical Foundation" in secondary vocational schools under the background of integration of production and education can bring a lot of results: students can improve their learning initiative,enthusiasm,creativity,learning interest and comprehensive ability,and can adapt to the post requirements in advance;Teachers can change the teaching idea,change the traditional thinking;Teaching can achieve the integration of science and practice. |
