As China’s economy has grown steadily and urbanization has advanced quickly,people increasingly want to live more comfortably,and central heating is becoming a key factor in this trend.Based on the background conditions of the SA thermoelectric smart heating dispatch center project,this article analyzes the progress and achievements of research projects both domestically and internationally in recent years,and summarizes relevant experiences and methods in the process of project progress control.In the research process of the SA thermoelectric smart heating dispatch center project,the significance and content of project schedule management were first introduced.Then,the project overview information was detailed,and the work tasks were decomposed to prepare a network schedule plan.During the schedule management and control phase,two dynamic monitoring and tracking checks were carried out on the project of SA Intelligent Heating and dispatching center.The first time,the deviation caused by schedule management was found,and the network plan diagram and Gantt chart were redrawn,the causes of the deviation are analyzed,and the results of the relevant optimization measures and the results after the optimization measures are taken.Then,the dynamic follow-up check is carried out,and the deviation caused by the schedule management is found for the second time.The network plan diagram and Gantt chart are drawn again,and the reasons for the deviation are analyzed,finally,the significance of dynamic monitoring of project schedule control is expounded by taking relevant optimization measures and the results of optimization measures.Finally,the paper summarizes the main factors affecting the schedule of SA Intelligent Heating and dispatching center,and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the schedule management.This paper analyzes the project schedule management of SA Intelligent Heating and dispatching center,which is of great significance to finish the project schedule on time and reduce the schedule delay.The enterprise can gain valuable experience from this project.In the future,it can also refer to the optimization method of this project for the implementation management of other similar projects,then to the industry as a whole management level as well as the promotion of social benefits have a promotional role.
