Research On The Response Of Farmers To The Policy Of Redemption Of Commercial Forests In Key Ecological Locations

The redemption of commodity forests in key locations is an important measure to effectively protect forests,optimize ecology,and benefit forest farmers,and plays an important role in promoting the construction of ecological civilization and realizing the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.From the perspective of farmers,this article integrates psychology into the study of economics on the basis of the theory of planned behavior,and designs and uses questionnaires to select three pilot counties and cities in Fujian Yong’an,Shunchang and Wuyishan to collect 217 key ecological location commodities for forest farmers.The relevant data establish a structural equation hypothesis model of behavioral attitudes,subjective norms,perceptual behavior control,behavioral willingness,and peasant households’ participation in redemption behavioral responses.The use of AMOS.21 to fit the survey data reveals the response of farmers to the eclectic participation of key ecological location forests.Statistical tests found that:Perceived behavioral control,behavioral attitudes,and subjective norms all have a significant impact on the willingness of farmers to participate in the purchase of key ecologically-located commercial forests.Perceived behavioral control and subjective norms have a significant response to the behavior of farmers participating in key ecologically-located commercial forests.Positive effect.Behavioral attitudes have no significant effect on the behavioral response of rural households to commercial forests in key ecological locations.Behavioral willingness has an intermediate effect on the control of perceptual behavior,subjective norms,and behavioral attitudes.According to the factors affecting farmers’ participation in the redemption of commodity forests in key ecological locations,three policy recommendations are proposed to increase the response of farmers participating in the redemption of commodity forests in key ecological locations.The first is to further strengthen the propaganda of the commercial ecological forests in key ecological locations and improve the contents of the redemption;the second is to strengthen farmers’ sense of control over the perceived behavior of commercial forests in key locations,and to emphasize the key role of redemption intentions in behavioral responses;Farmers’ interests appeal opportunities.
