In this experiment, fermented corn gluten meal(Fermented corn gluten meal,FCGM)was used as the experimental material,To explore the nutritional value of FCGM,the effects of in vitro fermentation parameters,on lamb growth performance, blood indicators and fecal flora microorganisms,to provide a theoretical basis for the application of FCGM in lamb production.(1)The effect of FCGM substitution of soybean meal on the in vitro fermentation parameters of sheep rumenA single-factor completely randomized design was used in this study, and 5 healthy Small Tail Han sheep with a body weight of(35.00±2.50)kg were selected as rumen fluid donors. The experiment was divided into 1 control group and 6 experimental groups, each with 3 replicates. The fermentation substrate of the control group was the basal diet, and the experimental group was supplemented with 5%,10%,20%,40%,80%,and 100%FCGM to replace soybean meal, respectively,to explore the effect of FCGM substitution of soybean meal on rumen fermentation parameters in vitro of sheep, provide a theoretical reference range for the subsequent animal feeding experiments, and determine whether the addition of FCGM will promote rumen fermentation through in vitro. The results showed that:1)FCGM had no significant effect on the p H value of fermentation broth in vitro(P>0.05).2)At 48 h,the gas production of the 20%FCGM replacement group was significantly higher than that of the other groups except the 100%replacement group(P<0.05),and at 24 h,the T-VFA of the 20%replacement group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).0.05),at 24 h,the dry matter degradation rates of the 20%and 100%replacement groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).3)The concentration of NH3-N in 20%,40%,80%,and 100%replacement groups at 48 h was significantly higher than that in control,5%,and 10%replacement groups(P<0.05),and at 12 h,24 h,and 48 h.When the 20%and 100%replacement groups had significantly higher BCP content than other groups(P<0.05).4)The 20%and 40%replacement groups produced a positive combined effect, and the 20%replacement group had the highest comprehensive combined effect value.(2)Effects of FCGM substitution of soybean meal on growth performance, blood biochemical indexes and fecal flora of lambsThis experiment adopts a single-factor completely randomized design. In this experiment,48 crossbred sheep of local small-tailed Han sheep×Australian white sheep were selected as the experimental sheep, all of which were 2 months old and had an average weight of 19.99 kg.They were randomly divided into four groups with 12 in each group.Only.The control group(CON)was fed the basal diet, and the T1,T2,and T3 groups replaced 20%,40%,and 60%of soybean meal with FCGM on the basis of the basal diet, respectively. The results showed that:1)From 21to 40 days, the daily feed intake of the T1 group was significantly higher than that of the CON group(P<0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio of the T1 group was the lowest. From 41 to 60 days, the daily feed intake of the T1 and T2 groups was significantly higher than that of the CON and T3 groups, and the feed-to-weight ratio of the T1 group was the lowest.2)The total protein content in blood of T1 group was significantly higher than that of CON,T2 and T3 groups at 30days(P<0.05).The content of TG in the T1 group was significantly higher than that in the T2group(P<0.05);At 60 days, the blood albumin content of the T1 group was significantly higher than that of the CON and T3 groups(P<0.05),and the albumin of the T2 group was significantly higher than that of the CON group(P<0.05).The total protein content of T1 group was significantly higher than that of CON group(P<0.05).3)At 30 days, the content of T-AOC in the blood of T1 group was significantly higher than that of T2 group(P<0.05);the GSH-Px content in the blood of T1 and T2 groups was significantly higher than that of CON and T3 at 60 days(P<0.05).4)At 30 days, the content of Ig A in CON group was significantly higher than that in T3 group(P<0.05);at 60 days, the content of Ig G in blood in T1 group was significantly higher than that in CON and T3 groups(P<0.05).The Ig A content in the T1 group was significantly higher than that in the T2 group(P<0.05).5)The ace and chao indices of fecal microflora in T1group were significantly higher than those in CON,T2 and T3 groups(P<0.05);the shannon and sobs indices in T1 group were significantly higher than those in CON,T2 and T3 groups(P<0.05);The simpson index of T3 group was significantly higher than that of CON,T1 and T2groups(P<0.05).Fecal flora level:The relative abundance of Bacteroidota in T2 group was significantly higher than that in CON,T1 and T3 groups(P<0.05);the relative abundance of Actinobacteriota in CON and T1 groups was significantly higher than that in T3 group(P<0.05);T3 group The relative abundance of Proteobacteria in T2 group was significantly higher than that in CON,T1,T2 groups(P<0.05);the relative abundance of Patescibacteria in T2 group was significantly higher than that in CON,T1,T3(P<0.05).Fecal flora level:FCGM had a significant effect on the composition of fecal flora at the genus level(P<0.05).In conclusion, the 20%soybean meal group replaced by FCGM in the diet can promote in vitro fermentation in the rumen, promote the growth of lambs, improve the palatability of the diet, improve the disease resistance and immunity of lambs, and regulate the intestinal microflora.
