Research On The Management Model Of World Heritage Scenic Spots Based On Community Participation

The issue of tourism development in world cultural heritage sites has always been a complicated issue,and the management of Nanjing Tulou where residents live is even more difficult.After the successful application of the Tulou in Fujian,the Tulou received a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.While effectively promoting the Tulou culture and promoting the tourism development of Nanjing County and the entire Zhangzhou City,the contradictions in the development of Tulou tourism have become more and more complicated,especially in the local area.The conflicts between residents and the government and tourism management companies have been intensified.Through detailed on-site investigation and analysis,it was found that residents’ failure to deeply participate in the development and management of earth buildings is the crux of the contradiction.The indigenous people of Tulou are the inheritors of Tulou culture,and they should not be excluded in the development of Tulou tourism resources.Therefore,this article intends to take Nanjing Tulou as a case study on the management mode of the World Heritage Scenic Spot based on community participation.This time,the literature method,interview method and questionnaire survey method are used to analyze in detail the problems in the development of Nanjing Tulou.The article starts with the definition of related concepts and theoretical application analysis.Through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,the paper analyzes the problems in the management model of Nanjing Tulou,explores the wishes of community residents,and proposes possible modes of in-depth participation of Nanjing Tulou residents based on the community participation model.,Focusing on analyzing the different management models adopted by the different development processes of Nanjing Tulou.And further through the comparative analysis of the residents’ participatory management models of the same type of famous scenic spots in China(Lijiang Ancient Town and Yongding Tulou),in order to be useful for reference.Based on the comparative analysis of survey interviews and similar scenic spots,suggestions are made for the deeply participatory management model of Nanjing Tulou residents.As a native of Zhangzhou,I love Nanjing Tulou deeply and also pay attention to the development of Nanjing Tulou.Through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,as well as comparative analysis of the ancient city of Lijiang and Yongding Tulou,the proposed in-depth participation management model of the residents of the Nanjing Tulou community.It’s closely combined with the Rural Revitalization Strategy,looking for a way of diversified and sustainable development of rural economy.That is the biggest innovation that this paper proposes in bace of practical problems.The research of Nanjing Tulou can make due contributions to the scientific development of Nanjing Tulou.Of course,the various stakeholders involved in the development of the scenic spot are intricate,and time will tell us whether they can really promote its improvement or not.
