Miluo City is a county-level city in Yueyang area of northeast Hunan Province.Miluo dialect belongs to Chang Zhu Tan section of Changyi section.This paper makes a comprehensive description of the phonology of Miluo Guiyi dialect,Xinshi dialect,Shaxi dialect and Gaojiafang dialect in Miluo dialect,and makes a comparison of these four dialects.Miluo dialect is located at the junction of Yueyang County,ganyuchang and Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan.The degree to which each dialect in Miluo City is influenced by Gan dialect,and the transitional characteristics of the border area between Hunan and Gan dialect in Miluo dialect are the problems that need to be paid attention to in the research.This paper is divided into seven parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the geographical history,research background and significance of Miluo City,as well as the past research results.Finally,the investigation points and pronunciation partners are explained.The second chapter arranges and analyzes the dialect phonology of four points in Miluo,including the initial system,final system and tone system of Guiyi,Xinshi,Shaxi and Gaojiafang.In addition,we attach the four point dialect vowel tongue map and the absolute duration table of tones.The third chapter is the comparative analysis of the phonetic characteristics of Miluo four point dialect,from the three aspects of phonology and intonation.In terms of tone,only Guiyi dialect does not retain the entering tone.In terms of initial consonants,Guiyi dialect and Xinshi dialect have a set of pre lingual stops [(?)].In the aspect of vowel,the differences of the four dialects are mainly manifested in Feishe,Xiaoshe and liushe.The fourth chapter is the comparison of the pronunciation,rhyme,tone,text and white in Miluo four point dialect.The fifth chapter compares the dialects of Miluo with the representative dialects of Xiang and Gan.To explore the characteristics of the transition zone of Miluo dialect.The comparison of tone mainly includes the comparison of upper tone,secondary voiced upper tone and entering tone.This paper mainly discusses the origin of plosive in Guiyi dialect.In the aspect of vowel,it mainly discusses whether there are nasal vowels in Miluo dialect.The sixth chapter compares the dialectal sounds of each point in Miluo with those of middle ancient times from three aspects of sound,rhyme and tone.The seventh chapter is the homophony list of Guiyi,Xinshi,Shaxi and Gaojiafang dialects in Miluo City.Although Miluo dialect is located at the junction of Xiang and Gan dialects,the evolution of voiced initials and the merging of tones still show the main characteristics of Xiang dialects.The phonetic features influenced by Gan dialect are mainly manifested in the aspect of the second voiced shangsheng in Xinshi and Shaxi dialects,the current pronunciation of yangqudiao.Because Gaojiafang is located at the junction of Miluo City and Changsha City,the differentiation and adjustment value of tone categories are the same as Changsha City.
