| Chinese independent documentary exists by rebelling against documentaries within the system and opposing feature films since it appeared,from the initial lack of theoretical guidance to the drowning of the "Direct Cinema" method,Chinese independent documentary have appeared "method anxiety",independent documentary creators also began to seek a breakthrough in method,started the independent documentary multiple experiments.In this case,the paper looks at the development of Chinese independent documentary from the perspective of " Observation Film",and thinks that it can become a new method of Chinese independent documentary,and discusses from the perspective of the creation of independent documentary research.Creative study is the core problem in the field of documentary research,mainly involves creating ontology research,the concept and method of study,research,creative type,style,thoughts,this paper embarks from the creation to explore the development of Chinese independent documentary film,the "creation research"specifically points to the research on the concept and method of documentary,returns to the creation dynamics,and analyzes the creation process of documentary.The paper is divided into five chapters.Among them,the introduction mainly explains the origin,value,problem ideas and methods of the research,combs the existing research context,and defines the research field.The first chapter mainly introduces the concept and development of Chinese independent documentary,which can be divided into three periods:germinating and budding(1988-1993),stealthiness and development(1994-1998),flourishing and pluralism(1999-present).The second chapter mainly combs the evolution of the creation method of Chinese independent documentary and presents the methodological anxiety of Chinese independent documentary.Then the third chapter mainly explains the reflection and breakthrough of Chinese independent documentary creators,the conscious movement under method anxiety.Under this conscious movement,this paper believes that "Observational Film" can become a new method of Chinese independent documentary.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the concept and method of "Observational Film" and the image presentation under the method.Among them,it focuses on the method of Observational Film and presents the breakthrough in the method and concept of"Observational Film" through contingency art,on-site expression,daily presentation and other aspects.And through the daily refraction of social problems,documentary and aesthetic coexistence of two aspects to explain the method of image presentation.Fifth chapter builds on the previous four chapters,presents reflections on Chinese independent documentary brought by " Observation Film ",mainly from two aspects:creative development and creative reflection.Creative development discusses the inevitability of the encounter between " Observation Film " and Chinese independent documentary,while creative reflection returns to the development dynamics of independent documentaries and analyzes the causes of their creative problems. |
