| Today,China’s economy has shifted from high-speed development to high-quality development.Under this background,the demand for business Chinese talents in various countries has increased significantly,and the enthusiasm of relevant personnel for business Chinese learning has also increased significantly,which puts forward higher requirements for the quality of business Chinese teaching.However,the existing business Chinese teaching theories and practical achievements can not well guide business Chinese teaching.Some essential problems,such as what business Chinese is,what business Chinese is taught,how to teach and so on,have not been solved,which can not meet the growing demand for business Chinese talents.Therefore,taking the real business work activities as the target scenario,this paper summarizes and sorts out 317 enterprise recruitment information,conducts a questionnaire survey on 533 respondents and in-depth interviews with 8 respondents,and comprehensively combs the requirements of today’s society for business Chinese talents from the two aspects of enterprise recruitment needs and real business work situation needs,It can not only provide targeted opinions for business Chinese teaching and textbook compilation,but also provide a reference investigation framework for future business Chinese target scenario demand analysis and even special-purpose Chinese target scenario analysis.The research conclusions are as follows:first,enterprises have a strong demand for business Chinese talents,among which the information transmission software and information technology service industry have the highest demand.Most enterprises require business Chinese talents to communicate or convey the work content smoothly and smoothly in their work;In terms of education level,you need to have a bachelor degree or above,and the major you study is suitable for the job;In terms of professional skills,you need to have strong communication skills and be able to skillfully use Microsoft office software.Second,outline the real business target scenario.In practical work,the communication objects faced by business Chinese talents are mainly internal personnel,and the frequency of internal communication activities is slightly higher than that of external communication activities.In the process of working communication,it will be affected by psychological factors such as culture and the grade difference of communication objects.Listening and speaking is the first,translation is the second,and reading and writing is the third;Communication channels are mainly face-to-face,supplemented by online chat tools,telephone and other means;The communicative mood and style are mainly formal and relaxed.Thirdly,it verifies the feasibility of using munby communicative needs processor to analyze the target situation of business Chinese,and combined with the characteristics of business Chinese,forms a more suitable investigation framework for the target situation analysis of business Chinese,and formulates the research project of target situation analysis.The third and fourth chapters are the focus of this study.Based on the research results of these two chapters,the fifth chapter tries to construct the functional outline of business Chinese,and summarizes that the content proportion of business document writing,business culture,listening,speaking,translation skills and business professional knowledge should be improved in business Chinese teaching.In terms of teaching methods,situational communication method and task-based teaching method should be paid attention to,At the same time,pay attention to practical teaching.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the whole study,including the target scenario analysis research project combined with the characteristics of business Chinese. |
