| In recent years, under the extra attention of the State, cultural services for people with disabilities in China have been further strengthened, the cultural needs of them have been further met,the rights and interests of equal participation in sharing public cultural services have been further guaranteed, and the participation rate in cultural and sports activities for people with disabilities has increased year by year. However, there is still a lack of richness in the form and content of cultural activities for people with disabilities, and the participation rate is not high. There is a shortage of cultural and artistic talents for people with disabilities, uneven development of cultural industries, and a lack of effective support and guarantee mechanisms. With the rise and development of special art groups in China, the quality of cultural services for people with disabilities continues to be optimised, effectively alleviating the current situation of a shortage of resources for arts education for people with disabilities. In turn, the cultural services and special arts for the disabled as well as the cultural industry have continued to be significantly enhanced, and the cultural literacy and civilizational quality of the disabled have been promoted significantly.[2]Through the collection and collation of literature,we know that existing researches on special arts groups are very limited, and most of them focused on special arts education and special arts ontology, but there is little research on the non-profit operation model of special arts groups. In view of the current research, there is an urgent need for theoretical support for the operation model and development of special arts groups. At the same time,in a time when public culture for people with disabilities is leading the way, there is also an urgent need to consider how to better promote the complementarity between special arts groups and non-profit operation. Therefore,Tianjin Dolphin Hearing Disabled Children’s Choir, which has the characteristics of non-profit operation, was selected as the research object of this paper.Using literature research, participant observation and in-depth interviews, this paper attempts to clarify the relationship between the operation model and the operational development of the non-profit special arts group Tianjin Dolphin Hearing Disabled Children’s Choir.Through the exploration of its non-profit operation model, the study aims to achieve the sound operation of non-profit special arts groups in China. From the perspective of the non-profit operation mode of special arts groups, this study firstly compares and summarises in detail the concepts and characteristics of non-profit special arts groups.Secondly,it systematically outlines the establishment and composition of the non-profit special arts group Tianjin Dolphin Hearing Disabled Children’s Choir, the statistics and overview of the participating activities, the differences and characteristics of the singing abilities of hearing impaired children, and explains in detail the non-profit characteristics of the Dolphin Hearing Disabled Children’s Choir.Thirdly, the analysis is based on the CORPS model,a non-profit organisation analysis model,to analyse the operation of the Dolphin Hearing Disabled Children’s Choir in terms of group operation, fund management, voluntary participation and educational services,to more systematically summarise the advantages and disadvantages of the choir’s operation model and to explore the development value of the Dolphin Hearing Disabled Children’s Choir. Finally, based on the analysis of the operation model of the Dolphin Hearing Disabled Children’s Choir, this study proposes insights into the operation strategies of non-profit special arts groups in China and the prospects for their development. |
