| With the popularization of mobile intelligent devices,the extensive coverage of mobile5 G network and wireless network,it is becoming more and more convenient for people to use social networks,and mobile social networks have gradually become an essential part of contemporary people’s life and work.The physical and psychological development of junior middle school students is gradually becoming mature.At the same time,they lack self-control,and it is often difficult to resist various temptations in the network.They are susceptible to the interference of various complex external factors and easily fall into the misunderstanding of using mobile social networks.Therefore,the research on the influencing factors of problematic mobile social network use and its mechanism has important theoretical value and practical significance for preventing the use of problematic mobile social network by junior high school students.Starting with self-concept clarity,this study examines the internal mechanism of self-concept clarity on the use of problematic mobile social networks by junior middle school students,and proposes corresponding educational countermeasures according to the research results to help junior middle school students reduce their use of problematic mobile social networks.Using the Problematic mobile Social Media Use Assessment Questionnaire,Self-concept Clarity Scale,Perceptive Social Support Scale and Life Meaning Scale as research tools,892 students from a junior high school in Huaibei City,Anhui Province were psychologically measured.SPSS23.0,Process plug-in and AMOS21.0 were used to conduct independent sample t test,one-way analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediation effect test on the data,and the following research results were obtained:(1)The self-concept clarity of junior high school students is in the lower middle level,the understanding of social support level is high,the sense of meaning of life score is above the middle level,and the use of problematic mobile social networks is low.There are significant differences in grade,academic performance,class cadre position,father’s highest educational experience,mother’s highest educational experience and family structure.(2)Self-concept clarity,perceived social support and sense of meaning of life of junior middle school students were positively correlated,and the three were negatively correlated with problematic mobile social network use,respectively.Self-concept clarity negatively predicted problematic mobile social network use of junior middle school students.(3)Junior middle school students understand that social support plays a partial mediating role between self-concept clarity and problematic mobile social network use.(4)The sense of meaning of life of junior middle school students partially mediates the relationship between self-concept clarity and problematic mobile social network use.(5)Junior middle school students’ understanding of social support and sense of meaning of life played a chain mediating role between self-concept clarity and problematic mobile social network use.According to the research results,this study proposes the following educational countermeasures:(1)In terms of improving the clarity of self-concept: giving play to the role of family education to shape and form self-concept;Set up mental health education courses to guide the development of self-concept;Encourage targeted help and train integrated self-concept.(2)To enhance the understanding of social support: to enhance parent-child interaction and provide family support;Create a harmonious campus environment,improve the relationship between teachers and students;Establish the correct idea of making friends and improve peer support.(3)In terms of enhancing the sense of meaning of life: combining with traditional culture,innovative experiential education;Cultivate positive attitude and build harmonious family atmosphere;Combine individual and group counseling to experience the meaning of life. |
