A Study On The Conservation And Tourism Development Of Wenzhou’s Historical And Cultural Blocks

Historical culture is the track and memory of a city’s historical development.The protection of historical culture is one of the important bases and opportunities for a city and even the whole country’s progress and development.As an important part of the protection system of historical and cultural heritage,historical and cultural blocks carry non renewable historical information and valuable cultural resources,and are the core content of the protection of famous historical and cultural cities in China.It is of great significance to protect and renovate the historical and cultural blocks for inheriting the long cultural heritage,enhancing the charm of the city and promoting the development of cultural tourism.However,due to the special status of historical and cultural blocks,the protection and development of historical and cultural blocks has become a difficult problem for urban managers.From the practical experience,the protective tourism development model is the best way to maintain the vitality of historical and cultural blocks and continue the historical and cultural context.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the protective tourism development of historical and cultural blocks.This paper first expounds the research background and significance of historical and cultural street protection and tourism development.According to the current research situation at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the research content and objectives,research methods and technical routes,and expounds the organic renewal theory and sustainable development theory to build a comprehensive system framework.The theory of organic renewal is one of the main theories currently applied in the planning and construction of historical and cultural blocks,landscape design,protection and development and many other fields,and it is also a theory of continuous self-improvement in practice in various regions.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the protection and tourism development of historical and cultural blocks in Wenzhou.This paper introduces the general situation,protection and tourism development of Wenzhou’s historical and cultural blocks,analyzes the cultural resources of Wenzhou’s historical and cultural blocks from the aspects of cultural relics resources,traditional buildings,cultural heritage,etc.,and combs and summarizes the protection and tourism development practices of Wenzhou’s historical and cultural blocks.Then,it analyzes the case of historical and cultural block protection and tourism development in Wenzhou.Taking the historical and cultural block of Siqian Street in Wenzhou City as the research case,the paper evaluates and analyzes the cultural factors of the historical and cultural block of Siqian Street in Wenzhou City,and investigates and analyzes the current situation of the protection and tourism development of the historical and cultural block of Siqian Street in Wenzhou City;Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the protection and tourism development of the historical and cultural blocks in Siqian Street,Wenzhou City.Finally,based on the organic renewal theory and taking Wenzhou historical and cultural blocks as an example,this paper aims to optimize the tourism development model of historical and cultural blocks and stimulate the vitality of historical and cultural blocks,find the best balance point between the protection of historical and cultural blocks and tourism development,explore an effective path to achieve a "win-win" between the protection of Wenzhou historical and cultural blocks and tourism development,and propose optimization strategies for the protection of Wenzhou historical and cultural blocks and tourism development Suggestions and strategy implementation guarantee.This study can provide theoretical and practical guidance for the protection and development of historical and cultural districts in Wenzhou,and provide reference for the sustainable development of other historical and cultural districts.
