| With economic globalization,countries experience closer connections,leading to business internationalization.In this era of cross-cultural interactions,many multinational enterprises are undergoing rapid growth,presenting Sino-Peruvian enterprises with many management challenges and opportunities in diverse geographical and cultural contexts.Moreover,unique policy backgrounds influence the competitive landscape for these enterprises.Consequently,this research aims to explore and analyze the effective utilization of Human Resource Performance Management(HRPM)within Chinese Peruvian enterprises,which becomes the central focus of this study.This article delved into the intricacies of HRPM in a cross-cultural context specific to Chinese enterprises operating in Peru while considering the influence of cultural diversity.This exploration will examine six main sections.The initial part of this paper functions as an introduction.This segment encompasses several vital components,namely an exposition of the research background and the significance of the study;it also includes a comprehensive literature review on HRPM in Chinese enterprises,emphasizing cultural differences.Furthermore,this section expounded upon the research ideas,methods,and innovative approaches adopted in this study,considering their implications.The second part of this paper begins by presenting accurate definitions of the pertinent concepts addressed in this study.The author undertakes a thorough analysis to establish the theoretical framework for this research.Third part: This section focuses on the current state of cross-cultural HRPM in Chinese enterprises established in Peru.It provides a comprehensive analysis of the development and present condition of Chinese enterprises in Peru,including an overview of trade development between China and Peru,the geographical and industry distribution of investments,emerging trends in China’s investments in Peru,the historical background of China and corporate culture,and the cultural characteristics specific to Chinese and Peruvian enterprises.Based on this foundation,the section delves into an in-depth exploration of the current situation of HRPM in Chinese-funded enterprises in Peru.Fourth part: This section conducts an empirical study to investigate the impact of cultural differences on HRPM within Chinese enterprises in Peru.Fifth part: This section proposes specific measures and suggestions to enhance HRPM in Chinese enterprises in Peru,considering cultural differences.It addresses three critical aspects for improvement.The last part provides the conclusion and prospect of the study.This study utilizes relevant theories and performance management methods,focusing on cultural differences as the contextual background.It examines the current status of HRPM within Chinese enterprises in Peru.Based on the research findings,the empirical analysis aims to identify existing issues and provide practical improvement measures for HRPM.This study offers valuable insights for managers of Chinese enterprises in Peru.It facilitates the application of these insights to the operational and developmental aspects of similar enterprises. |
