With the increasing development of science and culture,the global international form and international trade have intensified the collision between Chinese and western commerce,culture,thought and other aspects.The poster design also reflects its unique role because of its concise and intuitive propaganda method.Times in the development of progress,posters art also to adapt to the development of society,with foreign new ideas and technology,our poster design how to better cope with the international new situation and reflect their ideology and culture,how in the new change and development environment reflects their own value,still need more designers unremitting efforts and discussion.Reviewing the long development of poster design in China,the poster design in the Republic of China shows its unique artistic charm.From the perspective of horizontal development,the poster design of the Republic of China period is undoubtedly the link between the past and the future,which not only carries the history,but also absorbs the new cultural technology.Vertically,it is constantly developing and changing,constantly trying to improve itself,and retaining itself while absorbing Western culture.This lays a foundation for us to carry forward our own culture and evolve different artistic styles under the impact of western culture.The development of poster design in the Republic of China contains many complex historical meanings.It not only develops the traditional Chinese poster design form,but also integrates new forms such as western new culture,new ideas and new technologies,presenting a new art form.The structure of this paper starts with the social background of the unique poster design style of the Republic of China,Analysis and interpretation of the poster design of the Republic of China in the contexts of culture,economy and art;next,By collecting a large number of pictures of the Republic of China period and analyzing them,Sorout and classify the style evolution of poster design in the Republic of China,And the analysis and summary of the gradual evolution of the poster design art style in different periods of the Republic of China;On this basis,the evolution process of the poster design style of the Republic of China,the performance of the visual elements and the design methods of the poster design are sorted out,analyzed and studied;Finally,the causes of the evolution of the poster design style in the Republic of China are studied,This paper summarizes the unique value of poster design style in the Republic of China to modern poster design.It is hoped that through the exploration of the poster design of the Republic of China,designers will pay attention to the special period of the Republic of China,and promote the continuous development of traditional culture.It is hoped that designers can draw the local design power from the traditional culture,strive to retain their own independence in the cultural collision,and strengthen our cultural confidence.
