In the era of COVID-19,international Chinese language teaching is facing severe tests of "unable to get in" and "unable to get out" by Chinese teachers.Compared with the traditional offline teaching mode,teachers and students not only gain new experience in online teaching and learning,but also face new problems: the process of offline teaching to online needs some adjustment and the process of being mastered and adapted.Therefore,optimizing international Chinese online teaching and exploring new teaching modes have revealed their value under the current situation.Studying international Chinese online teaching modes and teaching methods is an important measure to deal with the test of international Chinese education in the era of epidemic.The task-based teaching method is student-centered and allows students to complete the established tasks,so as to achieve the teaching goal of "learning by doing",which is obviously different from the traditional teacher-centered Chinese classroom teaching.In the online advanced Chinese comprehensive course,which takes foreign students from the school of international education of Xi’an Petroleum University as the teaching object and takes Lesson8 of Volume 1 of "developing Chinese · advanced comprehensive" as the teaching content,practice shows that the task-based teaching method can better adapt to the learning characteristics of Chinese learners at the advanced stage and meet the learning needs of Chinese learners at that stage,so as to better realize the classroom teaching objectives,It helps to reduce the limitations in the process of online Chinese teaching and improve teachers’ teaching efficiency and students’ learning effect.However,there are still problems that the learning atmosphere of online courses is not as good as that of offline courses,students’ attention is easy to be lax,and all students cannot be controlled during teaching.According to the student feedback and teaching evaluation results obtained from the survey,it is suggested that students’ classroom participation can be improved through diversified interactive ways,such as setting up some reward and punishment measures;By enriching the forms of homework after class,avoid repetition,machinery and singleness of homework;Improve teachers’ online teaching ability by providing teaching design cases,recording online teaching process with software,and emphasizing after-school summary and reflection,so as to improve online advanced Chinese comprehensive course teaching from the perspective of teaching and learning based on task-based teaching method.From the perspective of task-based teaching method,this paper studies its connotation and feasibility,formulates the online teaching design combined with the actual teaching situation,demonstrates the feasibility and value of task-based teaching method in the online teaching of international Chinese classroom,and puts forward countermeasures for the problems found in the process,in order to provide case reference for the online teaching of international Chinese classroom. |
