| The blue book on national depression in 2022 shows that 30 percent of people under the age of 18 are depressed.Fifty percent of people with depression are students.The prevalence of depression in adolescents has reached 15 to 20 percent,close to adults.The report on the development of national mental health in China(2019-2020)showed that the detection rate of depression in adolescents was 24.6%,with severe depression being 7.4%and depression patients under the age of 18 accounting for 30.28% of the total.Studies have also shown that suicide rates among teenagers are nearly three times higher than adults,and that about 60 percent of teen suicides are associated with depression.These brutal Numbers reveal the grim situation of teenagers’ mental health.Life satisfaction is an important indicator of mental health,which pays attention to the improvement of life satisfaction in middle school students is beneficial to the healthy development of teenagers.The life satisfaction of middle school students is affected by various aspects,among which families and schools are important factors.In addition,the influence of individual psychological resilience level on life satisfaction has been paid more and more attention.Therefore,based on the perspective of positive psychology,this study attempts to comprehensively investigate how the three factors affect life satisfaction and explore the intervention effect of psychological resilience from the two important external factors of family(parent-child relationship)and school(school connection)as well as the internal factors of individual’s own psychological resilience.In this way,the related theory of life satisfaction is enriched,which provides some help for parents and education work to improve the psychological resilience and life satisfaction of middle school students,and then improve the mental health of middle school students.This study mainly includes two aspects: 1.12 schools in seven different regions of anhui province and fujian province were used by using the parent-child intimacy measurement table,school connection scale,psychological resilience scale and life satisfaction table.A total of 2,085 middle school students conducted a survey,analyzed and analyzed the status quo of parent-child relationship,school connection,psychological resilience and life satisfaction among middle school students,and explored the relationship between the four.In study 2,a group counseling program for mental toughness was designed according to the theories related to mental toughness.48 students in grade one and grade two were selected as the research objects,and 24 subjects in the experimental group received eight group counseling for mental toughness,while 24 subjects in the control group did not receive any intervention.The intervention effect of mental toughness was investigated through the measurement data before and after the two groups.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Parent-child relationship and school connection can significantly positively predict mental toughness and life satisfaction,and mental toughness can significantly positively predict life satisfaction;(2)Psychological resilience partially mediates parent-child relationship and life satisfaction,and partially mediates school connection and life satisfaction;(3)The group counseling program for mental toughness can improve the mental toughness of middle school students,and then improve the level of life satisfaction. |
