Research On Rock Theme Film Festival

In recent years,driven by outdoor music festivals,livehouse performances,network variety shows and short video platforms,Chinese rock music has entered the public’s vision from a small audience.The base of fans has gradually increased,and the spread of domestic rock culture has reached a new peak.From the research point of view of film planning,although the film works with rock culture as the core expression content have always existed,the video festival with a certain type of film as the theme has not seen the world.Since the reform and opening up,rock fans have always been a typical representative of the youth subculture,which not only provides new ideas for the subdivision planning of the film festival,but also brings a new vision for people to understand the youth subculture group.Therefore,taking Life Like Tonight Film Festival as an example,based on relevant theories such as cinematography,text analysis and literature investigation method are adopted to explore the development and innovation of rock theme film festival.This study is divided into four chapters.The introduction illustrates the background and purpose of the study,as well as the research status of rock films and rock themed film festivals.The first chapter gives a general introduction to rock films,combs the origin of rock culture and the development course of rock films,defines rock films as a kind of genre films conceptually,and expounds the artistic characteristics of rock films.The second chapter analyzes the core of rock spirit conveyed by rock movies,which is closely related to the core theme of rock theme film festival.The third chapter from the macro perspective,analyzed the life like tonight rock theme youth film Festival overall system construction,from the strategic,professional,mass three points of analysis.The fourth chapter takes the Life like Tonight Film Festival as an example,summarizes the innovative development path of this type of film festival,including the construction of art space,online and offline diversified experience form and brand marketing strategy.
