With the rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s material living standards,aesthetic education has become increasingly important in school education.The art of music is crucial for the development of people’s emotions,morality,qualities,concepts,thinking,and spirit,and is an important content of aesthetic education teaching.Local music is a unique treasure in the field of music.For vocational colleges affiliated with local areas,local music can serve as an important source of aesthetic education teaching,enriching the aesthetic education teaching of local vocational colleges,and inheriting and promoting local music.This study adopts the research methods of comprehensive literature analysis,empirical cases,and comparative analysis,taking City College of Huizhou as an example,focusing on the integration of Huizhou local music into aesthetic education teaching.The aim is to improve the aesthetic ability of contemporary college students,promote their comprehensive development,and enhance the dissemination of local music culture,while maintaining the diversity and sustainable development of traditional culture.The first chapter is the proposal of the problem.Based on the research on the integration of local music and local music into aesthetic education teaching in vocational colleges,combined with existing research at home and abroad,the research questions are proposed.Chapter 2 discusses the value of integrating local music into aesthetic education teaching in vocational colleges,analyzing its value from the perspectives of students,schools,and society,in order to enhance students’ aesthetic literacy and establish cultural confidence;Improve the school’s ideological and political education system and enrich the connotation of music education;Inherit and innovate excellent traditional culture.The third chapter analyzes the feasibility of integrating local music into the aesthetic education teaching of City College of Huizhou based on the advantages of teaching carriers and the guarantee of teaching conditions.Chapter 4 takes City College of Huizhou as an example to analyze the integration of local music into vocational college teaching.Starting from the current situation of aesthetic education teaching in City College of Huizhou,it analyzes the measures to integrate local music into aesthetic education teaching,and summarizes the effectiveness and shortcomings of integrating local music into college aesthetic education teaching.Chapter 5 is the improvement measures for integrating local music into aesthetic education teaching at City College of Huizhou.In the process of integrating local music into aesthetic education teaching,it is necessary to strengthen the guarantee of local music aesthetic education teaching,innovate local music aesthetic education teaching models,and create a local music aesthetic education teaching atmosphere.
