Quantifiers,as a unique part of speech in the Sino-Tibetan language family,are one of the characteristics that distinguish Chinese from other languages.Their existence makes the things that people want to express quantified,visualized,and concretized.At the same time,it is also one of the major difficulties that Chinese learners will inevitably encounter in the learning process.Whether it is the lack of quantifiers,generalization,or misuse of quantifiers,it will cause learners to express Chinese inappropriately and inappropriately.The study of classifiers runs through the whole stage of Chinese learning,among which the number of noun classifiers is large and the usage rate is high,which is an important part of Chinese learning.This article attempts to start with the quantifier errors of Puerto Rican Chinese learners in the elementary and intermediate stages,and summarizes the types of quantifier errors.In addition,most of Puerto Rico’s first language for learning Chinese is Spanish,and there are big differences between the two languages.There is no concept of “quantifier” in Spanish,but there is a scale structure similar to that of Chinese quantifiers.This article tries to Compare the similarities and differences between the two languages from the perspective of comparative analysis,compare and analyze Chinese nouns and Spanish nouns,start with their structure and meaning,summarize the similarities and differences between the two,and summarize the Puerto Rican Chinese learners Difficulties in learning quantifiers.Thus,there is a positive transfer in the acquisition of quantifiers for Spanish-speaking Chinese learners.According to the characteristics of local Chinese learners,a survey questionnaire on the acquisition of quantifiers is designed,and according to the survey results,the quantifier errors of Chinese learners in Puerto Rico are analyzed,and the quantifier errors that Puerto Rican Chinese learners tend to appear in the process of learning quantifiers are summarized.On this basis The quantifier teaching strategies suitable for local Chinese learners are given,with a view to providing reference for succeeding Chinese teachers.
