Zhou Jing was a poet in Kangxi,Yongzheng and Qianlong periods of Qing Dynasty,and was also one of the representatives in the early period of Zhejiang School.There are a total of 874 poems in this fifteen-volume edition of No Regret Zhai Ji.This paper takes more than 800 poems recorded in No Regrets Zhai Ji as the research object,combines Zhou Jing’s life and friends’ experience,classifies and sorts out their poems,and sums up their artistic style characteristics.On this basis,this paper summarizes Zhou Jing’s position and role in the poetry circle of Qing Dynasty,especially in the "Zhejiang School",so as to systematically study Zhou Jing and his poetry creation.This paper consists of five parts,including introduction and four chapters.The introduction mainly introduces the reason and significance of the topic selection,and also includes the research status,research methods and ideas of Zhou Jing.The first chapter investigates Zhou Jing’s life and friends,and summarizes the influence of his family background and friends on his poetry creation and life choice in combination with Zhou Jing’s family,individuals and background.This chapter is divided into two parts.The first part mainly combines epitaph,local chronicles,Preface to No Regret Zhai Collection and Zhou Jing’s own poems to investigate Zhou Jing’s family background and his own situation.In the second part,combined with predecessors’ achievements,such as the existing research on Zhou Jing and the "Nanping Poetry Society",we comprehensively investigate Zhou Jing’s friends,especially those who have influenced or been influenced by Zhou Jing’s creation.The second chapter,according to the differences of content and theme,classifies and studies Zhou Jing’s poems,and summarizes and analyzes his three types of poems.This chapter is divided into four sections.The first section is about the poems about landscapes,among which the pastoral poems about Hangzhou,as well as the poems in the period of traveling to Gansu and Shanxi,are the most representative.The second section is about history-chanting and narrative poems,which are short in length but rich in meaning,and are represented by the genre.The third section is a complimentary poem,which is the largest part of the poetry collection.The fourth section is about other poetry themes,and this section is divided into two parts.The first part is a poem with paintings,and the second part is a documentary poem,which mainly describes social real life.The third chapter introduces the artistic style of Zhou Jing’s poems.This chapter is divided into four sections.In the first three sections,the artistic features of Zhou Jing’s poems are expounded respectively,such as "being ambitious and healthy","being broad-minded and overstepping the common customs" and "feeling of personnel vicissitudes".The fourth section is a supplement,refining Zhou Jing’s poetics with the content of the preface to Half Gouliu Collection,and considering its gains and losses.The fourth chapter summarizes Zhou Jing’s position and contribution in the history of literature,especially in the development of "Zhejiang School".This chapter is divided into two sections.The first section is about its function and influence on Zhejiang School,which mainly introduces Zhou Jing’s connecting role between Zha Shenxing and Li E,especially the inheritance of Li E’s character and status,and his influence on Hang Shijun’s poetic style.The second section explains the specific performance of Zhou Jing’s position in Zhejiang school,mainly based on a large number of mourning poems and tomb exhibitions by Zhejiang colleagues after his death.In the conclusion part,firstly,it summarizes Zhou Jing’s life and his poetry content,style,strengths and weaknesses,and makes a more reasonable evaluation and positioning in the history of Zhejiang School.Secondly,the shortcomings of this paper and the prospect of the future study of Zhou Jing.
