With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the connotation development and training of rural teachers have attracted more attention.In this context,to adapt to the rural social development of rural education curriculum problems urgently to be faced.Looking back on the history,the extensive rural education curriculum in the Republic of China can provide us with content support and framework inspiration.By collecting and sorting during the period of the Republic of China on rural education curriculum policy,school history books,journal articles,teaching materials,etc,this article draws the outline of the period of the Republic of China rural normal school education course of full face: background of courses,course setting scheme,curriculum structure,curriculum implementation,for the history of the normal education curriculum provides important reference.In the period of the Republic of China,there were subjective and objective factors for the emergence of rural education curriculum.On the one hand,the rural society was faced with depression and the influx of progressivism.On the other hand,the appeal of a large number of advanced intellectuals,the assistance of social organizations and the strong support of the Nationalist government work together to form a linkage effect.The rural education curriculum of the Republic of China mainly existed in specific rural normal schools,but it also had an impact on ordinary teachers,which was manifested in clear curriculum standards,detailed curriculum compilation and clear curriculum structure.In the period of the Republic of China,rural education curriculum can be divided into broad and narrow sense.In addition to agricultural courses and general culture courses adapted to rural areas,there were also direct rural education textbooks.At that time,the publication of rural education textbooks was flourishing.Xiaozhuang,Luoshe,Xianghu and other rural teachers’ curriculum implementation,very active.During the period of the Republic of China,the rural education curriculum showed the specialization of curriculum setting,the integration of curriculum structure inside and outside,the adaptability of curriculum content to rural life,and the depth of curriculum to rural society and education,which should not be ignored.They can bring profound enlightenment to teacher training under the background of the current rural revitalization strategy: adjust the target of normal curriculum,break away from the binary opposition of "leaving agriculture" and "serving agriculture",balance the value orientation;Optimize the normal curriculum structure,pay attention to the curriculum and rural society adapt;Expand the curriculum content of normal school,blend into local homesickness culture,generate emotional resonance;Explore the implementation of normal curriculum and cultivate school-based characteristics according to local conditions;Inheriting the spirit of teachers’ curriculum and reshaping the faith of rural education.
