| The 19 th CPC National Congress puts forward to "build the pattern of social governance shared by common governance",in the grass-roots community practice,the effectiveness of community mobilization is very important.China has a long history of social mobilization,but with the deepening of reform and opening-up and the development of community construction in new era,traditional community mobilization methods show drawbacks.In order to discuss the strategy of social work in community mobilization,this paper focuses on using qualitative research method,taking Shenzhen S Community Party Service Center as a case study,and selects 8 representatives of mobilizing main body to conduct in-depth interview with typical case sampling.The research found that in order to break the state of traditional community administrative mobilization,social workers can find the local mobilization path suitable to Chinese context by cultivating volunteer organizations,linking business resources,grasping residents ’ needs and changing the mode of mobilization,and promoting the participation of all the communities through community mobilization. |
