Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Tourism Development From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governanc

The rural revitalization lays the cornerstone for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In recent years,as the Rural Revitalization Strategy has been implemented on all fronts,rural tourism is booming which realizes the improvement of countryside,the adjustment of industrial structure and the increase of farmers income and rural tourism has become a “new fashion”.At the same time,the development of rural tourism faces challenges,such as unbalanced development,the lack of government functions and the destruction of ecological environment,which seriously restrict the sustainable development of rural tourism and fail to turn lucid waters and lush mountains into invaluable assets.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to analyze the problems and reasons of rural tourism in the new era and constantly optimize the governance of rural tourism.Taking the collaborative governance theory as the starting point,this paper selects K,a tourism-based town in the east of Wulian County,as the research object to analyze its general situation,rural tourism resources and current tourism development with the methods of literature research,case study and interview,and summarize under the perspective of collaborative governance main problems in rural tourism: the unsignificant effectiveness of government collaborative governance,the strength of social organizations not brought into full play as well as the regional uncoordinated development.The main reasons for the problems above are: the coordination level of government is not high enough,the participation of social organizations is unactive,and the support mechanism of collaborative governance is unsound.To solve the problems,we can optimize the development of rural tourism from four aspects: enhancing the level of collaborative governance within government,building a governance pattern with joint participation of social organizations,advancing the coordinated development of rural tourism and promoting the construction of the support system of collaborative governance.
