Research On Marx’s Theory Of Proletarian Poverty And Its Contemporary Value

Poverty has long been an important factor hindering the development of human society.Before Marx,classical political economists,utopian socialists and philosophers have put forward the idea of solving the problem of poverty.However,affected by various factors,the problem of poverty has not been solved.Being unable to look at the essence of poverty beyond their class has become the biggest shackle to the development of their poverty theory.On the basis of absorbing the excellent achievements of predecessors,Marx established the theory of proletarian poverty,and creatively put forward the theoretical imagination in order to solve the problem of human poverty.The emergence of Marx’s proletarian impoverishment theory has experienced three stages:germination,formation and maturity.In this process,Marx elaborated on the content,dynamic development process,main inducements and specific ways to get rid of poverty.The exploitation of capitalist private ownership with wage labor as the core and the ruling characteristics of capitalist countries have reduced the proletariat to the bottom of society.The accumulation of capital and the improvement of the organic composition of capital directly aroused the proletariat’s resistance.Marx led the workers to carry out social movements and establish a proletarian revolutionary political party.He advocated to overthrow capitalist private ownership and establish communist public ownership by developing productive forces and stimulating proletarian class consciousness.Today,Marx’s proletarian poverty theory provides a theoretical weapon for analyzing the poverty situation of contemporary capitalist countries,provides a wise reference for China to improve the relative poverty governance mechanism and achieve the goal of common prosperity,and points out the direction for the development of human poverty reduction.The times are changing and society is developing,but Marx’s theory of proletarian poverty is not outdated and still full of strong vitality.
