Study On Energy Conservation Management Work Of Public Institutions In Dengta City

In recent years,under the environmental conditions of energy crisis and global warming,energy issues have caused worldwide concern.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "the whole society should,acting on the principles of prioritizing resource conservation and environmental protection and letting nature restore itself,develop spatial layouts,industrial structures,and ways of work and life that help conserve resources and protect the environment.With this,we can restore the serenity,harmony,and beauty of nature." Public institutions,as a key area of energy consumption.The implementation of energy conversation management work has an important role in conserving resources and reducing administrative operating costs.This article takes Dengta City public institutions as the research object,based on the"Daiming Cycle" theory and "Green Government" theory,and uses questionnaire surveys and field research and other research methods to analyze the energy consumption of Dengta City public institutions’ energy conservation management work in recent years.The situation found that the public institutions of Dengta City had problems in obsolete infrastructure construction,lack of energy conservation management rules,unsound energy conservation management promotion work and inefficient energy conservation supervision and evaluation in energy conservation management.The main reasons for the problems in the energy conservation management work of Dengta City are the lack of awareness of energy conservation by personnel in public institutions,insufficient energy conservation attention and the lack of government financial investment,and inadequate supervision and evaluation mechanism.Therefore,the main work of this article is to apply the "Deming Cycle" theory and the "green government" theory into energy conservation management,to establish sound organizational management system,to improve energy conservation management standards system and energy conservation management promotion system etc,in order to improve the effectiveness of energy conservation management and build an economical government.
