Research On Consumer Cooperatives In The Shaanxi-gansu-ningxia Border Region During The Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War

During the all-round war of resistance against Japan,in order to develop the economic construction of the border region,the people of the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region led by the Communist Party of China established,restored and developed the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region consumer cooperatives on the basis of the specific practice of consumer cooperatives in the Central Soviet Area and the founding experience of consumer cooperatives in the Northwest Revolutionary Base Area,which laid a solid political foundation 、 a broad mass foundation and a substantial material foundation for the final victory of the national war of resistance against Japan and the national liberation war and played a leading and exemplary role in the implementation of various new democratic programs in the border regions.It is of great historical value to study the consumer cooperatives in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region and summarize their successful experience through the historical representation.This paper mainly launches from the introduction and the text.The introduction discusses from four aspects,and the text focuses on four parts.The first part traces the cooperative thought in the Soviet Area and the specific practice of the consumption cooperation cause in the Central Soviet Area,as well as the history of the agricultural mutual aid cooperative organizations and the consumption cooperative movement in the Northwest Revolutionary Base Area.Through the historical representation,it combs out the background and operating environment of the consumption cooperatives in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region,and recognizes the complex impact of the historical background on the development of the consumption cooperatives in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region.The second part specifically discusses the development process of consumer cooperatives in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region from three levels under the guidance of the Anti Japanese national united front: the establishment and initial development,vigorous development and new development stage,so as to better understand the specific policies and measures adopted and implemented by the Communist Party of China and the border region government for the development of consumer cooperatives in the border region.The third part is that the Party Central Committee and the border region government timely adjusted the development policies of consumption cooperatives in the border region according to the actual economic development of the border region,formed the development policies of consumption cooperatives in three aspects,such as "Consolidation and development" policy,"apportionment" policy,"private official assistance" policy,made up for the shortcomings of public stores of the border region government,adapted to the wartime environment,facilitated mass exchange,strengthened the economic construction of the border region,and laid a solid foundation for the victory of the war of resistance against Japan.The fourth part mainly summarizes the historical role of consumption cooperatives in the border areas from four aspects: Develop the border region economy,ensuring military and civilian supply and supporting the cause of the war of resistance against Japan;Close the relationship between the masses and promote the rural social development in the border area;Break the economic blockade and promote the foreign economic and trade of the border region;Give full play to the function of the United Front,to break through the economic system of private ownership.Summarizing the historical role has important practical enlightenment significance for us to adhere to the leadership of the Party,deal with the relationship between the government and cooperatives,give full play to the role of cooperatives in mobilizing the masses,always adhere to the purpose of serving the people and the policy adjustment strategy of keeping pace with the times.
