Research On The Driving Mechanism Of Residents’ Participation In Value Co-creation Of Smart Community Service Platform

Smart community is an important way to realize the modernization of community governance in China.With its advantages in resource integration,data interaction and service linkage,smart community service platform has gradually become the main carrier of smart community construction.At the same time,it is also a powerful way to broaden residents’ participation and promote community autonomy.However,based on the current situation of the construction and operation of the smart community service platform,the participation proportion of community residents in the platform is low,and most of them are limited to the use of the basic functions of the platform and are indifferent to the public affairs of the community,which makes it difficult for the smart community service platform to play an effective role.Therefore,how to promote residents to participate in the construction and operation of smart community service platform is a crucial research topic in the current smart community construction.However,at present,the research on smart community service platform by scholars at home and abroad focuses on the application of technology and the innovation of development mode in various service fields,and few scholars explore the issues related to residents’ participation.In view of this,this study introduces the value co creation theory,based on the research idea of "from shallow to deep and from static to dynamic",and reveals the dynamic mechanism behind residents’ participation in smart community service platform through the identification of driving factors,the excavation of action mechanism and the dynamic exploration of formation process.(1)Based on the grounded theory,through semi-structured interviews and programmed coding,20 residents’ value co creation drivers of the participation platform were identified.A priori theories such as rational behavior theory(TRA),"stimulus organism response" theoretical model(S-O-R)and Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)and existing literature were introduced to connect the logical relationship between the drivers to further verify the rationality of the drivers,And construct the theoretical framework of the action mechanism of driving factors.(2)Based on the dematel-ism model,the quantitative relationship of the driving factors is clarified by calculating the influence degree,affected degree,cause degree and centrality of the driving factors.Then,according to the hierarchical division of the driving factors,the direct causes,transition causes and intrinsic causes of residents’ participation in the value co creation of the platform are revealed,so as to deeply explore the action mechanism of the driving factors and screen the key factors driving residents’ participation in the value co creation of the platform.(3)Based on system dynamics simulation,causality diagram and system dynamics flow diagram are constructed to reveal the evolution trend of residents’ participation in platform value co creation from a dynamic perspective.At the same time,from the time dimension,explore the effect of driving factors on Residents’ participation in platform value co creation,further screen the key factors driving residents’ participation in platform value co creation,and reveal the core factors driving residents’ participation in platform value co creation at different stages.(4)Based on the five key factors selected above to drive residents to participate in the platform value co creation,combined with the action mechanism of the driving factors,this thesis puts forward the incentive strategy for residents to participate in the platform value co creation.This thesis includes 24 pictures,38 tables and 201 references.
